RISA'S POV:

Agreeing to film We Got Married meant I had to fly to Korea to film. I didn't really mind. It meant I had fewer schedules which meant less stress. I was able to land a few modelling gigs already. Since I couldn't speak korean, acting was out of the picture, which I was glad of. It's not that I dislike acting, it's just that my roots came from modelling, and I felt like my company was pushing me to become an actor more than a model.

My agency was kind enough to rent me a penthouse with Aoi to live in for the time being. The penthouse was even better than the apartment I lived in back home. I was definitely not going to get homesick, that's for sure.

As of now, I was waiting beside the elevator for Aoi. The first filming of WGM was today, and I have to say, I'm a little nervous.

"Aoi! What's taking you so long?" I yell up the spiral staircase. The staircase actually makes me feel a little queasy. Like, spiral staircases look great and everything, but it's super inconvenient. What if I want to go up the stairs while talking to Aoi? That means one of us has a greater chance of dying since the stairs get smaller as they get closer to the base. Which means that we have to go up the stairs one at a time. And I just don't like that.

And here I am, thinking about spiral staircases. My mind tends to wander whenever it's quiet for more than ten seconds. Maybe that's why I'm such a good model. I just wear some outfit, get plonked in front of a camera, pose, and blank out. Next thing I know, two hours have passed and I'm done and get paid.

"Aoi!" I call again. "Coming!" She replies, her voice not really there. "You've been saying coming for ten minutes already!" I say sweetly. "The stairs take twenty seconds to get down, I'm not sure why you're still coming." I know I'm being annoying but Aoi's my manager. Yet we're running late because of her.

"Shut up!" Aoi chimes sarcastically. "Only if you come down," I reply with just as much sarcasm. Aoi finally comes down after five more minutes.

We enter the elevator together and into the service that was out waiting for us. The company really decided to go all out in making my stay in korea super comfortable. Even the van looked expensive with its freaking mini-fridge and own music system. It was like a low-class limo.

Aoi turned on her music playlist and started jamming to all the songs. There were a lot of korean songs, as Aoi was into k-pop, along with a few japanese versions of k-pop songs. I roll my eyes as Aoi started imitating some of the dance moves.

"Yeah, every day I'm stylin'," Aoi starts to rap. "Yo, you're actually pretty good at rapping," I tell Aoi. She laughs and flips her hair. "Thanks, I try. Hey, do you think I can low-key join Blackpink with my rapping skills?" I wrap my arms around Aoi. "Not a chance," I say in the sweetest voice ever, still hugging Aoi. "And besides, then who will be my manager?" I pout as Aoi removes herself from my grip. "Yeah yeah. Like they'd let me. What about BTS?"

"Aren't they a boy group?" I ask, slightly confused. Aoi was a hardcore fan of them, as she oh-so often liked to tell me. Aoi nods. "But gender doesn't matter anymore, 'kay? Have you seen Kard? Let a girl dream."

Whistle, I believe the song was called, ended, and another song came on. I know from the first beat that it's from BTS. I think it's Blood Sweat and Tears? Aoi had freaked out when the japanese version was released. By that, I mean she legit grabbed my arm and started squeezing it as she fangirled over Suga and V.

I literally know all of the members and their real names and most of their albums solely from Aoi being a fangirl.

I sigh as Aoi starts singing along to the song. "I swear, the driver thinks we're crazy," I comment, staring out the window to calm my nervous jitters. "Who do you think my husband will be?" I ask Aoi. Being my manager, she probably knows but just won't tell me.
