told from an incredibly biased fan's point of view

"Why are you not loading?" I mumble to myself, tapping at the screen frustratingly.

As if that would help it. But alas, the video finally loaded only to show that there weren't any subtitles. Great.

At least this was the Global WGM with Risa in it. That meant that I could understand half of the dialogue and the rest I can interpret, I guess.

The beginning of the episode was cut off, for whatever reason and it jumped immediately to the two in separate stores and reading the same mission card; to pick out an outfit for their partner.

Right off the bat, Risa looked extremely excited, her voice becoming more animated whilst Suga just looked... listless.

I was beginning to feel a little annoyed by him— why can't he be more enthusiastic?

I read all of the comments; the fans saying that it was his personality, that he was conservative, that he was quiet, that he was dull like that and didn't care. But I found those fans pathetic. They would defend their idols no matter what and it was sad.

Suga was— at the moment— picking shoes. To my surprise, he had put together a decent outfit. But then again, shopping at such a well-known place that sold quality clothing, it would probably be hard to throw together an outfit that would look bad.

It looked like I spoke too soon as Suga picked off a long gold chain. Of all the jewelry.

A question was asked to Suga in the interview room and I didn't understand the question or reply but judging from his blank expression and shrug, his reply must not have been good.

Risa, on the other hand, was picking an outfit professionally and efficiently. Of course, she's a model but her seriousness should be applauded.

The screen split to show the two, their reactions that their spouse also had to pick their outfit.

"I was expecting it. I was a model so the logical thing to do was for Suga to pick an outfit for me too." Risa pauses before adding, "I can't say I was looking forward." She lets out a laugh. "It's a good thing I didn't keep my expectations high."

She glamorously steps out of the fitting room, laughing awkwardly and doing a big reveal. Risa proceeds to strut down a make-believe runway, a red carpet CG and animations filling the screen around her.

The music stops abruptly once it cuts to Suga, who's playing with the chains that hung from his jacket. A bong was used as the transition and as he flapped his arms so the metal could generate sound, ancient monk music played in the background.

I still didn't understand what he was saying when he was answering another interview question but frankly, I didn't really care.

Soon, they departed to where they would have their date. When doing their initial interview, they both said that they preferred to stay indoors so naturally, their date was outdoors.

They sped through a good portion of the hike— it was mostly just cuts of the two complaining.

When they reached the summit and the end of the trail, the camera panned over the view of the mountains. An audience marveling was put over the music and sparkles were edited to make the sight look even more ethereal.

"Wahhhh," Risa ran to where the fence rest and spread her arms out, admiring the view. Suga followed close behind, though not as enthusiastic.

They took a picture together using a selfie stick, a camera's click as a transition as the screen stopped and the instilled picture was framed with white to look like a polaroid on-screen.

After, Risa looked curiously at the food stands that lined the inside of the rock they were standing on. Suga began to introduce Risa to the various foods and most likely recommended Risa one of those swirled potatoes on a stick as she chose that.

They started munching on the potatoes as they were given their next mission.

I couldn't tell what it was by their reaction, given that Suga didn't have a reaction and Risa was just as cheerful as ever.

I soon found out that they were writing letters to each other as music took over the audio and there were multiple cuts of cameras focusing on both Risa and Suga writing.

In the interview room, Risa said, "It's hard to think so far into the future but I still wrote the letter with a lot of sincerity. I hope that we can look back at this in a year and think of all of this as a happy memory."

The screen then cut to the couple in the back of a taxi. They were making small-talk and just getting to know each other more. I was impressed that Suga remained engaged in the conversation, a change from the previous episodes.

They cut out a lot of their car ride and instead skipped to them silently leaning back in their seats.

Suga was looking out the window when he suddenly leaned forward and stared out of the front window.

He says something, probably a "Where are we going?" which draws Risa's attention as she rises from her position as well, glancing outside at the buildings.

Music plays in the background as the screen fades and some white text appears on top of the black screen.

I assumed that the text was just a little teaser of wherever the cab was taking the two and I seemed to be right as next week's preview started to play.

Hopefully next week there'll be subtitles.
