Chapter 10

Maddie's POV:

Yesterday was okay. I just hung out with Demi until Dal and Mar got here. I also overheard my parents talking about sending me to Timberline Knolls. Ever since then I've become quieter than ever. I've also been planning to escape because I can't go there.

I quickly finished packing my bag and went to find Demi.

"Morning," My parents said.

"Morning. Is Demi still sleep?" I asked.

"No, she's in the studio," Dad said.

"Oh." Was all I said. Mom and dad tried to get me to eat breakfast but it didn't go over well. I quickly ran upstairs and purged. I ran and got my bag. "Mom dad I'm going out for a run," I yelled and left before they could answer.

I started running until I couldn't take anymore. I grabbed my water bottle from the bag and took a couple sips. Then I went and sat on a rock. There is basically no one at the park today, that's weird. Anyways, I just sat down thinking about everything. Part of me was wishing I didn't run away.

I mean I'm just trying to make their life easier since I'm always bothering them with my stupid problems. Sure Demi had them, but she never had to have them help her recover so it was a lot easier on them.

I decided to get up and walk farther along the streets of a sunny LA. Although there are a lot of people so I'm actually surprised my anxiety isn't that bad right now. Maybe it's because I'm keeping my head down. Hours have passed its dark out now so I decided to go find a hotel. As I'm walking I'm wondering if my family's even worried about me.

Demi's POV:

I was almost done going over one of my songs for my new album when the music was cut off.

"Demi your phone keeps going off it's your mom." Phil my manager said.

"Okay," I said hurrying to answer it. I quickly pressed the accept button.

"Hello. Mom, what's wrong?" I asked worrying. "Maddie's gone missing!" She said while crying.

"Oh my gosh, I'm on my way home. Did you call the police?" I asked

"Yes, they're out looking." Mom said.

"Ok bye," I said and hung up quickly.

"I need to go. Maddie's missing" I said running out. I hopped in my car and drove home as fast as I could.

Maddie's POV:

I kept walking until I felt someone grab me and pull me into an ally.

"Don't worry we're just gonna play a little game." A man said. I didn't say anything I was too nervous. My whole body was shaking.

"Shut up you little slut," He said and slapped me across the face. I just whimpered.

"I said shut up!" He screamed at me. That was all I could remember before everything went black.

I woke up to the shining of the sun. My whole body was aching I felt dirty and used. I'm only eleven yet I just lost my virginity last night to a guy I don't even know! I picked up my bag and got dressed again. I started slowly walking. Ugh, my body hurts so much. I sighed and continued walking home...

When I was walking I noticed Demi's car driving by. She must have seen me because she headed back my way and came to hug me. I moved away and screamed. Soon I was on the ground cry historically.

"Sssh come here baby girl I'm not going to hurt you," Demi said softly. She picked me up and I squealed in pain. She opened the passenger side and buckled me in. Then she went to the driver side and got in. She took out her phone and called someone.

"I found her. Meet back at the house." She said, then she started driving.

We finally arrived home. The car ride just consisted of Demi telling me it's going to be okay and me crying and whimpering. She ran to the other side and got me out and brought me inside.

Everyone (Marissa Dallas mom dad Selena Jonas Brothers Wilmer) was there. Demi laid me down on the couch and mom came running over to me.

"Oh, my baby!" she cried. I curled up into a ball not wanting people to touch me. I knew everyone here, yet I was afraid they would hurt me too. I closed my eyes shut to try and get myself to stop crying. I felt an arm on me. I flinched and looked up to see who it was. It was just Demi

"You know everyone here isn't going to hurt you, especially mom and dad." She stated I didn't say anything. I couldn't. I mean what was there to say? That I was raped? Umm, I think I'll pass. I defiantly don't want to re-live that again. Demi picked me up putting me in her lap. She gently stroked my hair before speaking.

"I think she needs to go to a hospital to get checked up," Eddie said.

Everyone agreed so we went.

*Skipping to the hospital*

By now Kevin had gone home to his baby and wife and Joe had left to go to an interview. I was currently on Wilmer's lap waiting for the doctor to come back with the news.

"Nick" I whispered. "Is she going to be okay?"

"Don't worry babe, she'll be just fine." He tried to reassure me. At this point, I knew I was about to cry. I was trying holding it all in. I hated crying in front of people because I don't want to be weak.

I looked to see everyone else crying. The last person I saw crying was my mom which then made me start crying

"Sssh babeHermosa it's going to be okay, I promise." He said.

"Sssh calm down" He repeated over and over. Finally, I was asleep in his arms.

I woke up in a room with just me Dallas my parents and Wilmer. Maddie was asleep on the bed.

"Sleep well Hermosa?" Wilmer asked.

"Kind of, what did the doctor say?" I asked anxiously.

"They ran some tests and she is going to be sore for a while." Mom said.

"When she wakes up they'll tell us if she's pregnant or not," Dad added.

"Oh." Was all I said

Maddie's POV:

When we got there they took me and said they were going to run some tests. I started freaking out and started to get off the bed, but before I was fully off everything went black.

I woke up with only some people still here. Mom gently stroked my arm

"How do you feel sweetie?" She asked.

"It hurts!" I said crying.

"I know, it will stop soon sweetie okay?" She said as the doctor came in. I started freaking out. Demi came and helped me calm down

"Maddie I have something to tell you. You are...
