Okay, so people seem to be a bit confused in regards to the reader.

She is born blind and learns to use echolocation to see. She can see three dimensional things (such as people/things, however she cannot she things two dimensional such as things written, drawn, typed, etc.

"You were blind, to put it bluntly. You had been this way since birth. There was clearly nothing that could be done about it. You didn't mind though because you could still see, despite your blindness, almost perfectly. And it was all thanks to echolocation. You had learned how to use it since you were a toddler. All those years really did pay off."

That is what I wrote in chapter one.

Some others seem to think I based this story off the game in Markiplier's playthrough (the video in the first author's note).

I just want to explain this for those who are confused as to how the reader's blindness works :)
