- 9 A.M -
My phone alarm goes off and I see the reminder I set for myself, Ethan and Kaia Day! A small smile appears on my face as I get up. I put my glasses on and get out of bed.
As I walk downstairs to the bathroom, I hear a text notification come in,
From Ethan: ready for your LA day Kai!?
To Ethan: hell yea i am!
breakfast?
lunch?
brunch?
I laugh as we both respond with the same answer. Then, I set my phone on the bathroom counter and start my little facial routine.
I look myself in the mirror then a tired big brother walks in.
"Good morning, sis," Dan ruffles my hair, "excited for you "hang out" with mr crankgameplays?"
While I dry my face, I roll my eyes at his use of air quotes, "Good morning Dan and yes I am. Ecstatic actually."
We both pick up are toothbrushes and Dan picks up my phone, "Siri, play YOU Ep by dodie."
As we both brushed our teeth, we jammed out together like siblings do and I get a text message in the middle of You.
From Ethan: hey kaia! just text me when you're all ready and I'll head outside!
To Ethan: Sounds like a plan!
