(Carl's pov)
I heard singing while I was walking in the forest must be my imagination...
I keep walking until I here footsteps might be a walker... I run towards the foot steps and I see a person with mostly black clothing on...hmm..
I pin the person onto the tree putting the knife near his throat. "Carl?" The person says quietly. "Who are you?" I ask him confused.
I watch as the guy takes off his bandana. Holy shit he's a girl and she's fucking hot! "Who are you?" I ask. "Seriously you don't know who I am?" She says. "No... wait... Sophia!?!" I yell/whisper.
"Yup" she says. "Um now can you get off me" she says blushing. "Uh.. yea sorry" I say as I back away blushing.
"I thought you died! I missed you so much! I...I found you... the group said I wouldn't find you and I did...." I say sadly.
"It's okay Carl I'm here now and I'm not going away again..." she says as she looks into my eyes. Her eyes were filled with happiness and sadness.
I start leaning in before... she says "Um sooo... where's the group? Is my mom alive?" She says worried.
"Uh yea she is let's get back... oh by the way was that you singing?" 8 ask blushing a bit.
"Uh... yea it was a song I made up (not really) cause I thought I wasn't going to find you guys..." she says as she looks down.
I lift her chin up to face me. "Hey I love it when you sing and plus you found us so you are safe now" I say as my voice cracks a bit.
She blushes and walks forward a bit. "Thanks shouldn't we get going? It's getting dark..."
"Yea follow me" I say as I grab her hand and walk. I can't believe I found her... and that I'm her hero. I promise I won't let anything bad happen to her again... I love her to much...to lose her again...
