Today she woke up feeling refreshed. Must be the green tea she thought to herself. She rolled over and checked the time. 6:35am. She decided that she was going to take changing herself into a newer person one battle at a time.

She got up. Her yoga equipment stared at her, challenging her. She sighed and got it out and headed out to the lounge.

After the most straining 35 minutes she experienced in her life she took a scourging shower to help ease her overworked muscles, once she stepped out she tied her hair into a messy high ponytail.

She looked at herself in the mirror and smiled, baby steps. Slowly but surely she was going to be all better. Maybe tomorrow she would leave the comfort and security of her apartment and enter the adventures the outside world brought her and go to the mall.

No friends, nightmares and a heart full of words was all she had to get her through.
