I was about the most normal person you could imagine, I had friends,I had two parents that were happily married, I did dance on a Friday and played basket ball on a Monday and hanged with friends every other day, or went camping with my parents. I had a perfect normal life.
But that all changed One day I came home from my friends Taurus's house, and my parents were yelling at each other and slam went the door, my dad left and never came back, and my mother was pregnant with my younger sister, that was all 10 years ago I was 6 now I'm 16 and my little sister Clare,is 9 turning 10 in a couple weeks and my normal perfect life was as grey and weird as ever. I had only 3 friends and they barely knew what happens in my head and my mum was always tired from her work and when ever she was home she spent her time sleeping or playing with Clare she never had the time for a quiet 16 year old girl. So that's my life story in a nutshell
"Hey Scorpio you free after school?" My childhood friend Taurus smiles, he was the one friend I could trust fully "nah sorry I have to babysit Clare" I smile apologetically he frowns "again?" I nod, he sighs " I'll babysit with you then" he finishes "no it's fine" I shake my head walking towards my class, we both had the same one " yes it's fine" he laughs mimicking me, I roll my eyes " fine" he pumped his fists in victory I scoff at him and slouch my way into the class falling onto a table rolling my eyes at the teacher who scowled at me knocking over a cup filled with pens on my way in. I sigh my way through the lesson before the bell rang signalling for freedom,
shoving my way past the evil looking students I race my way to the end of school with Taurus on my tail laughing at me for my sudden rush to get away from school. We puffed out way all they way to my house and stumbled into the door just in time for my sister to walk in the door from her school. " I'm going to my room " she says bluntly " hello to you too" I roll my eyes " hi " she replies grabbing an apple from the bench and her iPad before hiding off into her room. "Well what do you want to do?" I laugh "remember your tree house we always used to play in?" I nod walking into our kitchen grabbing a handful of cookies before walking outside to our old treehouse.
We climbed to the top and sat in silence chewing our cookies, before he spoke " remember how you never let anyone else but me in because I was your tree house prince" he laughs, I strangely blush "w-well I was young" I protest "I remember when you kissed me on the cheek to prove to cancer that I was your prince" he chuckles turning red, vividly remembering this I blush more " sorry about that, every kid wanted their prince I guess" I shrug looking out into the house into my sister room, she was slumped over her iPad laughing at something, I ached for her to get out of the room and hang with us to break the awkwardness but nope.
"Scorpio you used to be such a happy girl and since your dad walked out your so distant even to me, I just wanted to let you know you can trust me and I would never walk out on you" he says moving closer to me, I blush " thanks Taurus" I say simply leaning slightly away from him, he frowns noticing " Scorpio we've known each other for over 10 years and you can't Lean on me now?" He sighs looking at the ground, feeling embarrassed I move slightly closer "sorry you know I have trust issues" I reply leaning into him "yeah I know that" he grins "I'm just happy you can trust me" I feel my cheeks glow "yeah well you've been there for me more than my own father was" I laugh weakly, he replies by kissing the top (top tøp TWENTY ONE PILOTS) of my head gently, "I love you" he finally says, we sit in silence before I muster up the courage to reply with,
"I love you too"
