Aquarius p.o.v

I stared dumbfounded at the somehow....uh drunk? Virgo I'm not sure what he was because I've never seen him be so loose and crazy. He was bounding through the crowds of students in the hall, the lights shadowing his face with colour. He had a massive grin over his face, I almost fainted when he looked at me when a weird feeling washed over me,

Butterflies?

I had never felt that with him before, I always thought he was a boring uptight serious kid who kept to himself and his homework. Of course no one expected him to be at the school dance, he headed towards me his hair in a messy heap and his eyes searching mine, I never noticed that his eyes had a purple tinge to them, he truely looked like someone I would fall head over heels for but I didn't before so why should I now?

"Hey!" I didn't even notice that he stopped and now stood in front of me

"Hi" I say giving him a tiny smile, he laughed I stood there still in awe of his newly found SHARP jawline damn..

"Hmmm" he hummed for a while then grabbed my hand and jolted I let out an yelp as I was taken by surprise he was going to fast and holding on to strong for me to stop and ask him what he was doing. He lead me through crowds of my fellow school mates we entered the school hallway then told a sharp turn up to the stairs and we raced up them and took another turn until we reached fire escape balcony, I bent over catching my breath

"Why-did-you-take-me-here?" I say between breaths, he gave me a cheeky grin

"I wanted to show you something" he said before reaching out to the balconies edge, a green moss grew around his fingers covering the whole balcony then green ivy and soon the whole balcony had turned into a small jungle.

"Wha-" I stood there in awe looking around then staring at him for a while unable to say anything. He smiled wildly

"What the-did you just..what" was all I was able to say, "are you magic or something" as he stared at me

"Yea I think so isn't that cool?" He said happily, I laughed

"Cool? That's all jeez that's... amazing but am I dreaming pinch me if I am" I say words falling out of my mouth as I gawped at the ivy that towered over my head. I saw him smirk at me as I finished looking at the tiny forest he made, I found myself become so confused how could the quiet boy who was thought as a teachers pet who never had been to any party or never seemed to be any fun could be this wild, boyish magical tree guy? And why did he choose to show me? We barely talked

"Why did you show me this?" I asked he frowned then smiled

"Because I knew you'd be the only person not to scream and call me a freak" he said, I understood that I watched enough horror movies and read enough non-fiction for me to be understanding of his power but that didn't stop me from being amazing and speechless about it.

"Anyways I have something for you" he said hiding something behind his back, I blushed about him wanting to give me something and also worried that he was going to grow a tree and whack me with it.

He pulled the thing out from behind his back and stared at it in horror, I erupted in laughter, it was a single turnip.

"What?! I wanted a tulip not a turnip!" He yelled blushing from embarrassment

"That is single handily the best thing that had ever happened to me" I cried with laughter. He rolled his eyes at me throwing the turnip at me,

"Hope you like turnip soup" he sighs walking away blushing

"YOUR MY TURNIP BOY!" I yell at his back

"And I do like turnip soup"
