Pew, pew, pew BOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!
I was sitting hunched over in my bedroom playing my video games. I was literally soo close to beating my level and then. BAM the curtains in my room were swished open. I hissed as the sunlight hit my eyes.
"Muuum" I groan as I look up at her she was looking down at me her hands on her hips.
"Taurus you need to go outside, you've been in this dark cave of a room for a WEEK playing that damn video game" she said sternly, I rolled my eyes
"But I'm almost finished my lev-" I was cut off by her shushing me
"I don't care, it's the summer holidays and all You've done is sit in front of a screen, spend at least today out and then you can play your damned video game" she says in a huff leaving the room. I sigh and flop on the ground, to much work. I stood and threw on a blue shirt and black shorts. I left my room and ignored Mum as she gave me a triumphant grin when she watched me walk out of the house into the warm outside.
I immediately regretted it because the first thing I saw was a group of teenagers my age walk past laughing. It made me feel lonely because I had no friends. Big surprise coming from a gamer, someone who just spent a week straight gaming. I sighed and walked in the opposite direction from them and towards the park near my house. The sun burned my pasty skin. Well at least this can make me look a little less like a sheet after, I thought looking on the bright side.
I took a seat under a tree and took a big breath of the fresh air well I tried to before the air was literally knocked out of me by a soccer ball. I sat up dazed and saw a boy my age rush over to me.
"I am so sorry, didn't see you there" he said panting, I looked up at him he was tall with an athletic build. He had dark hair that was a shade of purple and gleaming light purple eyes. I felt my cheeks go red. I kinda forgot he spoke to me so I was just staring at him like an idiot
"Oh- uhh it's fine" I finally say coming to my senses. He smiled
"Mind if I sit?" He asks, I shrug and he sits down a little too close to me.
"What's your name?" He says
"Taurus" I answer, I ran my hand through my messy blue hair trying to calm it down in the heat.
"I'm Leo, I like your hair it matches mine" he says laughing, I frown and look at his dark purple and my bright blue confused.
"Both colourful" He says again, he looks a little embarrassed by that, I grin and nod
"You should play soccer with me yea?" He asks, I immediately shake me head
"Nah sports are not for me" I say, but he doesn't seem to hear as he gets up and drags me along. I groan mentally
He tried to teach me how to kick a goal, I failed miserably and almost hit a little kid in the face. But when he did it, it was so effortless and his legs flexed with muscles which made me swoon just a bit. He made me do passes, mine went way off but he didn't seem to care. Hours went by and I had to sit down because my body was not used to this much physical activity.
He stood above me, sweat sticking his hair down on his forehead. He had pink cheeks from being puffed but my cheeks were pink for a different reason. Gosh he was sexy, but I couldn't tell if he was gay or not, I'm pretty sure I made it obvious I was gay when I was awestruck my him every minute. But maybe he didn't get the message.
"Tired?" He says, plopping down beside me, I give him a look
"Obviously" I say, he grins at that which makes my stomach flutter.
"Do you play any sport?" He asks in a funny tone, I roll my eyes
"Mmm Nope, pretty obvious though" I reply giving him the side eye. He laughs
"Next time come to my house and instead of having a soccer session we will have a gaming session" I say feeling confident, he looks at me with a weird expression
"You play video games?" His tone is almost sarcastic, I challenge him
"Yep and I'll one hundred percent beat you at every game, unless you can prove me otherwise" I say with my new sense of confidence
"I'll take you up on that offer gamer boy" he replies is a humorous voice.
"I have a question" he asks
"Yea?"
"Do you have a boyfriend" his question rings in my ears and makes my entire face turn pink
"Why a boyfriend" I say in a small voice, was it really that obvious
"Um I can tell as a gay boy myself" He replies, my jaw drops
"I made it pretty clear I liked you, I mean why do you think I kicked the ball at you... to start a conversation duh" he explains, I'm lost for words.
"So do you have a boyfriend?" He implies nervously
"No" I answer simply
"Good"
Sorry is super short, I dunno if I'll do a part two but I think it's a cute story.
