'I need to hurry I wouldn't want Lilly to stay there all alone'
I thought.

Making sure not to bump into anyone I went on speed walking past the gates of the school. Walking out of the school I felt relieved that I could finally leave for at least the rest of the day. I didn't have to worry about homework yet since today was the first day of school. Just thinking about homework leads me to more thoughts about school like projects and studying which isn't something I'm looking forward to doing. Shaking my head I try to get rid of these thoughts that will only get me stressed.

I soon realize I'm already at Lilly's school. Walking the direction I left running from in the morning I reach my destination. Opening the door only to see that there are no more adults in the classroom except Mr. Kim is surprising to me since I thought I wouldn't be this late. Slowly getting closer to where Lilly was I put my index finger in front of my mouth to let Mr. Kim know not to blow my cover. I crept up to Lilly getting ready to go for it and then

"BOO"
I said trying to be scary but failing.

She just turns around a little shocked and after ran towards me with joy. I got ready to pick her up when she jumped into my arms still smiling.

"MOMMY'S HERE"
She shouted.

"Mommy sure is"
I laughed.

I put her down.

"So how did school go"
I asked with curiosity.

"Amazing Mommy I made friends too"
She said.

"Who are your new friends"
I asked.

"Mia, Katy, and Samantha"
She giggled.

"Wow those are such pretty names"
I said.

"Mommy I have one more friend and his name is Tae"
She explained.

"Tae that's such a cute name"
I said giggling.

"So you like my nickname than"
Mr. Kim said with a box like a smile.

I was shocked forgetting that Mr. Kim was in the class the whole time watching us.

"THAT was your nickname"
I half shouted.

"Yup and you can call me that too"
Mr. Kim said.

"I could never do that to you Mr. Kim it's disrespectful"
I stated.

"Fine if you're not comfortable calling me Tae at least call me Taehyung. It's kinda uncomfortable for me to hear you call me Mr. Kim.
He said and I just nodded.

I felt a tug on my shirt.

"What is it my little bear"
I asked.

"Mommy I want ice cream"
She said with puppy eyes.

"Don't give me that look you know it's my only weakness"
I said pouting.

"I'll stop if we get ice cream"
She said and I just nodded.

"Aw no fair I want ice cream too"
Taehyung said pouting.

'He looks kinda cute'
I thought.

"Let's all go together then"
Lilly said smiling.

"Lilly you can't just say that Taehyung might be busy"
I stated.

"It's fine Y/n I'm not busy so If you don't mind me tagging along"
He said with a box like a smile.

"See Mommy he can come so let's go"
She said smiling brighter than the sun itself.

"Ok fine let's go get ice cream"
I said looking at how big Lilly's smile was.

We walked not so much in silence because of Lilly and her talk about getting a vanilla or a chocolate ice cream cone. We finally arrived at the ice cream stand but Lilly never decided which flavor she wanted to get.

"Lilly just get two scoops"
I told her.

"Really Mommy you're the best"
She said giggling.

"What would you like to get today"
The woman running the stand said.

"I want a cone of chocolate and vanilla"
Lilly said trying to act like a grown up.

"I would like to get a chocolate cone"
I said.

"What do you want Taehyung"
I asked.

"I want a vanilla cone"
Taehyung said.

"That will be $4.00"

I got the money out and paid.

"Hey! I wanted to pay"
Taehyung said with a pout.

"Well too bad I paid already"
I said sticking out my tough.

"You really are childish"
He said laughing at me.

"Says the one who was pouting because he didn't get to pay"
I fired back.

We both looked at each other and just laughed. We all sat on a bench as we finished our ice creams.

"Mommy let's go play"
Lilly said pointing to the park.

"Ok but Taehyung are you fine with waiting for us to finish"
I said.

"Sure thing I'll be here waiting"
He said with a smile.

I started chasing Lilly around the park as we played tag. When I caught her I picked her up in my arms. Soon after Lilly went to the swings and asked me to swing her which I obviously did.

"Higher"
She said giggling.

I pushed her higher and higher. We then went to the climbing section of the park.

"Mommy I'm gonna climb super high"
She said giving me a thumbs up.

"Ok just be careful"
I said.

I walked back to Taehyung.

"Sorry you have to sit here and watch us you can leave if you want to"
I said apologetically.

"It's totally fine with me. It's very interesting to watch both of you"
He said with a little laugh.

'What's that suppose to mean'
I thought.

"MOMMY HELP"
Lilly yelled.

Not giving it a second thought I left running to where she was and trailing behind me was Taehyung. I saw Lilly up on the tallest tree at the park.

"How did you get up there"
I asked her with worry in my eyes.

"I just wanted to prove to Mommy that I could climb really high"
She said in tears.

"It's ok just relax I won't let anything happen to you"
I said to her.

"Ok Mommy"
She said as calmly as possible.

"I'll bring her down"
Taehyung said looking confident, so I just nodded.

He started climbing up the tree but Lilly got more scared by the second. She looked down and as she did she also lost her balance and FELL.

Lots of things have been happening recently.

RIP ~ Jonghyun

I didn't know him for very long but I know that he is finally at peace.
