Part 15:

Shyam looked around to see anyone, who can notice him. He doesn't want that to happen. He slowly walked to the reception

"Can you please tell me, where Mrs. Anjali Jha's room is?" he asked

"Room No 8, sir" said the nurse who is in reception.

"Um... thank you. Can you please tell me whether ASR, is in the room or not?" he asked hoping for his luck. He shook his head inwardly, seeing the color on Nurse's cheek turned into pink 'that damn man always has this effect on girls. Hope my Khushi don't belong to this type of girls' he thought with disgust

"No sir, Mr. ASR went home long back, he might come any time" Nurse said with a small smile. Before Shyam smile and thank her for the best news she gave, nurse continued "But his brother Akash Singh Raizada is there to help Mrs. Jha. You can meet him in the room" nurse looked the man before her.

Shyam nodded his head and walked slowly towards the room. His mind reminded him of the happenings of Gupta house yesterday. He remembered that Akash also knows about his truth. He can't risk going before the brothers. At any cost, he need to maintain his good name and behaviour with Anjali. He can't lose Anjali in his life. After all he needs her money and that silly woman trusts him blindly. He turned back and went to reception again and talked with nurse.

"Listen, I want you to do something for me" he said what he wanted that nurse to do.

"But why? You can directly meet them!"

"I don't have good relation with that brothers. But I want to see Mrs. Anjali. Her husband sent me, to convey the message to her. Please, it's really important. She needs her husband, if not him, at least his message. Please" Shyam kept his most innocent face, which melt the nurse. She smiled and nodded her head.

Both Nurse and Shyam walked towards the room. Shyam stood behind the pillar till nurse does the work he asked her. He can hear her words. He felt lucky to know that Akash is already at doctor's room. He waited till nurse sent Payal to get some medicine. First he felt shocked to see Payal in the hospital taking care of Anjali. Later he brushed the thought, concentrating on the main task. After Payal left from the room, Nurse came out and signalled Shyam to go inside. He looked around and stepped inside the room, asking nurse to watch out

He looked at his wife, who is sitting along with their son on the bed.

"Rani sahiba" he called her not to startle her.

Anjali looked at him wide eyed.

"Shyam ji" she whispered while all the previous day's events ran in her mind.

"Rani Sahiba" he rushed towards her and hugged her. He looked at the baby "Rani Sahiba?"

"It's son" she said as if she in a trance. Her mind still showing yesterday's events. "Where were you Shyam ji? Why didn't you come to me yesterday?" she asked suddenly leaving Shyam surprised

"I already said Rani Sahiba, I went to Mumbai yesterday morning. And I couldn't come back immediately. I'm sorry Rani Sahiba. How are you? I missed you so much Rani Sahiba" he hugged her again.

Anjali looked at her husband, who is lying bluntly to her. "How did you go and how did you come?"

"What is this Anjali? I came here to see you and our son, you are asking me all these question? Do you doubt me? Just before mamaji called me only I reached Mumbai and I took next train to come here. I took so much strain to reach you and you are doubting me?"
