Lying here with you next to me
The strokes of love, so simple,
But with pure intention
Caressing me
While wrapping my hair between your fingers
The quite words of assurance
An unspoken song of security
Dulling me to sleep
Your arms protects me, builds my sanctuary
Each loving touch preserves my safe haven
I can fall asleep now
Relax, doze into a state of no worry
For in dreams and in life
I know you will follow
