4. Talk

[Louis' apartment, 7:09 p.m]

Louis: "Why did you leave the room?"

Niall: (sips beer) "Huh?"

Louis: "Why did you leave the room as soon as Harry got there?"

Niall: "I don't know.." (shrugs) "It was a little awkward."

Louis: "Why?"

Niall: "I think you're looking too much into this.. you guys needed some privacy and I gave it to you."

Louis: "Why did we need privacy?"

Niall: "For the photoshoot! Duh!" (pauses) "How was it, anyway?"

Louis: "It was umm.." (clears throat) "It was good.."

Niall: "Just.. good?"

Louis: "Yeah.. he's- great."

Niall: "He is very good looking. I was almost taken aback by his beauty."

Louis: "I know.." (smiles, shakes head) "I mean- he's ok I guess.."

Niall: "Are you kidding me! He's probably the most handsome guy I've ever seen."

Louis: (offended) "I thought I was.."

Niall: "Ok.. the second most handsome." (chuckles)

Louis: "That's better.." (exhales) "So I'm gonna be working with him for a month."

Niall: "Really? Why?"

Louis: "He said he wants me to help with his whole portfolio.." (shrugs) "His theme is 30 days, 30 photos."

Niall: "Huh.. Are you sure you're comfortable with that?"

Louis: "Yeah.. why wouldn't I be?"

Niall: "I don't know, you were the one saying you don't like to photograph guys."

Louis: "Well he's paying me good money so I guess I can make an exception.."

Niall: "Alright.. whatever you say." (sips beer)

[Harry's apartment, 7:09 p.m]

Liam: "Soo.. how'd it go?"

Harry: "It was so awesome!" (smiles) "I was super nervous at first but I think I've got the hang of it!"

Liam: "See I told you you'd do great.." (eats chip) "soo what'd you think about Louis?"

Harry: (hesitates) "The photographer? Oh he was um- great.."

Liam: "Why'd you hesitate?"

Harry: (shrugs) "I'm just a little worried that he doesn't like me."

Liam: "What did he say?"

Harry: "Well I was late and he seemed to be pissed off about that.."

Liam: "Well he's just a perfectionist."

Harry: "Yeah.. but then he said he doesn't normally photograph inexperienced models.." (pauses) "who also happen to be a boy.."

Liam: (scoffs) "Yeah Niall said he's always been hesitant about photographing men. Nobody knows why.."

Harry: "I guess I get it."

Liam: "I don't.. If you guys are both straight, there's nothing to worry about.." (shrugs) "It's strictly professional."

Harry: "You're right.. what could possibly happen?"

Liam: "Exactly.." (points to closet) "So what are you planning to wear tomorrow?"

Harry: "I'm not sure.." (walks over to closet, looking) "Louis said to wear something interesting."

Liam: "What about that?" (points to light blue suit)

Harry: "This?" (picks it up)

Liam: "Yeah.. Wear that! It's interesting right?"

Harry: "Maybe.." (takes off hanger) "Here, let me try it on.."

(Harry walks out of the closet)

Harry: "What do you think?" (poses)

Liam: "You look amazing, man." (shakes head) "That will certainly knock the socks off Louis."

Harry: (defensive) "I'm not trying to knock HIS socks off.."

Liam: "Whoa.. No need to get defensive." (snorts) "Fine, you'll knock the camera's socks off then.."
