So eventually in life. You're gonna get upset,frustrated,or mad. Just like any normal person. Either you failed a test you studied really hard on. Or Daddy punished you because you ate too many sweets on purpose. No matter the case. Here are some ways to relieve stress or anger.

Count to 50 or so
You'll be so occupied with that. That you won't strangle the person that's getting on your nerves😅.

Talk about it
Talk about it to someone you trust. Like your caregiver, close friends, and family members.

●Put the energy to good use
Feel like kicking that person. Try doing karate instead. Wanna scream. Use that air to fill up pretty ballons. Whatever it is. Use it to do good. So it's not harmful to anyone/anything.

Scream
Screaming can actually be a great way to calm down. It's almost like a time where you can say your opinion to the world. And noone can say otherwise. Just make sure to not hurt your throat!

Hold a stuffie tightly
It's something you can grip onto without fear. I'm not sure how to explain it but it works.

Listen to music
Listening to music can calm you down and take your mind off the subject. Even boost your spirit. There are a variety of songs and playlists to choose from. It takes you to a different world and perspective.

Here are some other ideas-
Stress related toys (stress balls and stuff)
●glitter bottle.
●drawing a picture of your feelings
●playing with clay or slime
●take a nap
●cuddle with mommy/daddy
●take a relaxing bubble bath
●watch something funny

🌹There are tons of ways to calm down after a frustrating situation. Whatever works for you. But remember. That no problem is worth not trying to make better. Because there is at least one person who loves you and is there for you. And if not. Come to me I'm your father now 😂
