🍭Paci's🍭

I personally enjoy having and using a paci in little space. But using the correct kind is very important.

-adult paci's
If you can, i suggest buying an adult pacifier instead of the actual child ones because they can be too small for the mouth which leads to jaw pains. You can get them from Amazon and they come discretely. You can get a 3 pack for a cheap price. They'll come in basic colors but if you pay a bit more they come with decorations. Always read the reviews and such before buying.

-regular paci's
If you're unable to buy an adult one. Then you can buy one from your local store. The first paci i got was from a dollar store. There will be certain kinds. More commonly 3 different ones.

These tend to have the same mouth piece shape as an adult one. However, im not a fan of the skinny ring or the shape. It tends to be too small😩

I tend to stray away from these because because the mouthpiece is so small and uncomfortable. It has less of a rubber feel which makes me dislike it. They also tend to be harder to decorate and only come in clear soO

I like these the most because i can decorate them. But they also have such cute decorations that you don't always have to. The mouth piece is big enough and i like the ring size

When buying a paci, it's all about what fits best in thr mouth. But if you're buying your first one. I recommened NUK.

-amount of time
If you're using an adult paci, the amount of time you use it shouldnt be something to worry about much. But when using an actual baby paci, i recommend not using it for long periods og time. I like to have mine in for only 30 minutes at a time. Then I'll take a break for my jaw. Just taking breaks is advised.
