You.
You are all I can think about today. That day in the ice cream shop that we spent together was perfect.
But something was off.
It just felt different and wrong.I can't point it out and that's what makes it so frustrating.
Yesterday was going good until Mason showed up & it's like he flipped a switch in you.
And I didn't like that.
You didn't try to stop him verbally, you directly hit him.I was confused. I still am.
I wondered how Mason didn't know that we had dated.
But then I remembered that nobody ever knew about us because you wanted to keep it that way.
And me being an anti-drama girl, agreed.Tomorrow, Saturday is graduation day and after this weekend, everyone is going their separate ways.
Knowing this,
for one last time,
I let myself think of our happy times. How we used to enjoy so much together.
Talk, laugh, dance.
We did every crazy thing. And I loved those ocean blue eyes of yours that I could get lost in forever.
I loved those silly faces you made whenever I got mad at you.
I loved the way you always smiled and talked to me.
Most of all, I loved you.
At least I thought I did.
But not anymore.
Because if anything, the past two days that I spent with you made me realise that it wasn't you that I missed but everything that we used to be and probably could've been.
