In that image Taehyung was pregnant

I wake up early in the morning and realize it's Friday. Ugh that means many of the she wolves will be starting their heats today or tomorrow.

I think about the image Taehyung sent me last night, wondering what it meant. I know he said he wants to have pups with me but doesn't think we're ready and I completely respect that, but why would he send me an image like that?

As I'm wondering these things I feel arms snake around me. I look down and smile to see Taehyung's beautiful green eyes staring back up at me

"What are you thinking about babe?"He asks curiously

"Well, do you remember last night right before we fell asleep?" I ask

He blushed obviously remembering our acts of sexual need that occurred last night

"That's not quite what I meant baby, right before we fell asleep you sent me an image. Do you remember what that image was?" I ask calmly

I watch him for a minute before realizing what image I am asking about and he blushes

"I didn't mean to send you that image" he says shyly

"It's okay baby, I just wanted to know if you want to image to become reality" I hint

"Of course I want it to become real, but I still don't think we're ready for it. I mean Jin and Namjoon still haven't had pups and they've been together a lot longer than we have." He says clearly frustrated

"Baby, I didn't mean to upset you, it's just that I sometimes get mixed signals when you say you don't want to have pups yet. I completely respect that, but then I get thoughts and images like that from you, so I don't really know if they mean you changed your mind of not" I try to explain

He stares at me for a while, I assume to figure out if he wants to drop the subject or bitch me out for being a hormonal wolf all the time. I guess he chooses the latter because he just shakes his head and turns for the closet

I suddenly get a message through the pack link

"Alpha, we need to discuss preparations for the Red moon" 

I sigh and turn to Taehyung "Baby I have to go help with preparations for the red moon rising next week"

He nods his head in understanding before changing quickly, and leaving the room to probably go find Jimin

That's how most of the days go throughout the week, I don't get to spend a whole lot of time with my baby since I'm to the needs of all the wolves going through their heats all at the same time, as well as trying to work with the male wolves on how we're going to have the night of the actual red moon set up. We want everyone to enjoy their nights and not have to worry about a potential attack but we can't be too careful

Throughout my time away from Taehyung, he seems to become more and more upset as time goes on. It must be the mate bond, I am far too busy to be able to spend time with him. And unfortunately I have to close off the link with him. And unfortunately I have to close off the link with him when I'm discussing patrol plans so he doesn't get too worried.

Once I'm finally done with all of my meetings and other alpha crap that I have to deal with this week I exit my office to see Taehyung standing next to the door

"Hey babe" he says as he comes to walk with me

"Hi Tae Tae how is your day going?" I ask

"How do you think it's going? I have to deal with hormonal people that are being bitchy because they're sexually frustrated. And on top of that my mate, being a very sexy alpha, has been away from me almost this whole week... and I miss him" Taehyung finishes with a pout

"Well you're in luck, because I just finished all of the things I needed to do today. And the red moon is tomorrow so then you won't have to deal with hormonal wolves for too much longer" I say pulling him into a hug

"Yes, but they'll still be bitchy during the day. We can't have sex until it's night time" He said rolling his eyes

I take his hand in mine and guide him outside to the garden and we sit on one of the benches

"I hear Jimin is going to try to have pups" I say trying to lighten the mood

"Yes, he is very excited... I imagine Yoongi and Hobi are as well, but we won't know who got him pregnant unless they agree to let just one of them fuck him" Taehyung replies simply

We end up sitting out there for hours, just talking like friends do

I have to keep reminding myself that we are mates not just friends

My wolf urges me forward, and next thing I know I am kissing Taehyung. His eyes widened in surprise just for a moment and we both close our eyes falling into the kiss

Taehyung wraps his arms around my neck, deepening the kiss

"BOYS, DINNER" Jin yells through the link

Taehyung and I break apart slowly trying to savor the moment

"It's been so long since we did that" Taehyung says taking my hand in his

We begin walking back to the house for dinner

All throughout dinner there was chatter about the red moon tomorrow, people trying to make plans with their warrior mates, saying when they get home they deserve to be satisfied.

I cringe at some of the conversations I hear, but finally it's time to clean up

After dinner Taehyung and I settle down in our room and watch movies for a few hours until I notice that Taehyung is fast asleep.

Smiling down at him I turn everything off and get ready for bed.

I cuddle up next to my sleeping beauty and wonder how tomorrow will go

"Taehyung, I wish you would let me give you pups tomorrow" I whisper

Suddenly I hear a small giggle from my mate

"Who knows, maybe I will"
