Common things in JoJo fics I Dislike

I'll start this by saying that I do not like "yaoi."
Before anyone says something, I personally believe that yaoi and gay ships are two different things. Yaoi 9/10 fetishes actual gay men and I've seen plenty of characters have their personality destroyed just to fit the "uke and seme" roles.

The most prominent example I can think of would be the ship between Jotaro and Kakyoin.

Kakyoin canonically hates being submissive. It's actually in his bio, but yaoi fangirls just love to reduce him into this helpless moe crybaby that needs big strong Jotahoe to save him :(
Like, no. Stop that at once. That is not Kakyoin in the slightest.

And Jotaro is often portrayed as the "horny 200% of the time" guy that only wants to stick his fucking dick into Kakyoin.

So yeah, most yaoi fics I have read tend to utterly destroy characters but that's ok because "yaoi is so sexy!!" (Sarcasm for those who couldn't tell)
