Jade pov
I stormed inside the house seeing Deshawntae passed out on the couch
"DESHAWNTAE WAKE UP!" I yelled
He jumped up "Jade what the hell is wrong with you?!" said Deshawntae
"D I went to go see mom" I said
"Okay and?" said Deshawntae seeming not to care
"I can't tell you what happen until I see Corey Nevaeh and Ashanti in this living room" I said
"Well Corey should be on his way Nevaeh been here and Ashanti is finding a second job" said Deshawntae getting up "And ion wanna hear anything you gotta say about that lady" he added
"Deshawntae she is not just a lady she's our mother address her by mother! and sit down it's very important!" I said
"SHE DONT EVEN DESERVE TO BE CALLED MOTHER AFTER ALL THAT SHIT SHE DONE TO US!" said Deshawntae loudly
I started to frown at Deshawntae for the very first time
I never got mad at Deshawntae until now
Deshawntae had a ugly face
"Now what the hell is going on in here?" said Nevaeh out of no where
"Why won't you ask the lovely Jade what's going on cause she started it" said Deshawntae
"Oh I started it?!" I said "You the one who started it!" I added
"Cut it out you two Jade what happen?!" said Nevaeh
"I went to go see mom!" I said
Nevaeh made a face "Now what did we tell you about seeing her?"  said Nevaeh
"That was years ago I'm 18 I'm technically a adult know so I can go see her if I want to" I said
"You are not an adult along as you under this roof" said Ashanti out of no where
I jumped slightly "Where did you come from?!" I said
"The back door what's up with you seeing her after I told you not to?!" said Ashanti
"I felt like seeing her" I said
Not trying to mention June convinced me to go see her
"She better now she can speak correctly now" I said
Somebody had started to knock on the door
"That must be Cor" said Nevaeh
Deshawntae open the door
Corey had came in
"Hey Corey" We said dryly
"That's the driest hey I ever received what's going on y'all usually hype" said Corey "especially you Deshawntae" he added dapping him
"I'm not in the mood to be hype right now" said Deshawntae
"And why not" said Corey
"Your sister went to go see mom today" said Ashanti
Corey chuckled "You said what" said Corey
"Your sister went to go see mom today!" said Ashanti
Corey shot me a look just like that "Really Jade?" said Corey
"Yes Cor she is all better now!"I said
"That women is not better! why the hell you went to go see her!" said Corey getting piss off
"Cause I wanted to and when I went to see her she was speaking clearly and correctly now" I said "And she told me some things" I added
"What the hell did she tell you?!" said Corey
"And don't believe anything that comes out of that women's mouth!" said Nevaeh
"Tell us Jade" said Ashanti
Deshawntae just looked at me with no words to spare
"She told me something's about dad..... she said that he came to see her he told her that he got a new life now he lives in New Orleans with his new wife and he said he won't see us until the time is right" I said

Deshawntae slowly sat down on the couch and put his hands together
Ashanti just stood there looking lost
Nevaeh sat down next to D with no emotion
Corey put his hands together put it to his face for a second then put it down
Corey mad laughed "14 years" said Corey
"Corey" I said
"14 fucking years! we been waiting on this nigga! and he been out for years?!" said Corey "Watch when I see this nigga ima fucking beat his ass" he added
"Corey calm down" I said
"Nahhh I'm not calming shit this nigga had us waiting 14 years" said Corey
"I don't blame Corey I'll beat his fucking ass too" said Deshawntae
"We could've been had somebody taking care of for years instead of Ashanti doing all the work!" said Nevaeh
Ashanti said nothing but her right eye was twitching
"Can everybody just calm down for a sec" I said
"No your suppose to be mad just like us!" said Deshawntae
"Believe me I am mad I'm just calm mad right now... We need to go see him" I said
"I think the fuck not" said Nevaeh folding her arms
"Come on Nevaeh we needa tell him off!" I said
"Fuck telling him off I'm beating his ass!" said Corey
"There will be no ass beating! we are going to tell him off like some adults so I say we should go to New Orleans!" I said
"How on our Tom and Jerry's?" said Nevaeh
"No we can take the car" I said
"Who driving to and from? I'm sure in the hell aint" said Deshawntae
"Corey? Nevaeh?" I said
"Hell no" They said
"I'll drive" said Ashanti
Her eyes was still twitching
We looked at her
"This will be a 3 day trip only because school and work..." said Ashanti
"Good" I said
"So when we leaving so I cancel my plans I had in store" said Deshawntae
"Tomorrow we are going on the road so pack all y'all shit cause it's going to be a bumpy ride" said Ashanti
"And it will be a interesting ass trip to" I said
"And it will be a good beating once we out there" said Corey
They had walked out after that with no more words to spare
I went to window and started to heavy think
Will telling my father off will be worth it?
Will my father come back into our lives?
What will be in store for me in the future?
Will everything turn out good or bad?!
I don't know but it's only the beginning of my life.....
