Git walked Remy to his home after a day of visiting the colony. "Hey, Remy, it's gonna be our 100th day soon."

"Oh my, has the time passed by that much already?" Remy asked.

"I guess so. I can still remember the day I asked you out," Git said, blushing and scratching his head.

"Are we going to do anything special?" Remy asked.

"You see," Git started. "I planned something completely different that I always wanted to try it."

"Oh, what would that be?" Remy asked.

"It's a secret. You'll eventually see it," Git replied.

"Well, see you then!" Remy said as he walked in.

Remy woke up happily on his 100th day with Git. Unfortunately, it was Remy's work day. I really wanted to spend a lot of time with Git on this special day. He even has a surprise for me! But I can't just ditch my work! Remy thought as he looked over the kitchen to see if everything was in good condition. Just like other days, fresh and ready to be cooked. Remy breathed deeply. Okay, it's just like any other days. We've worked everything else after all. What bad things would happen? Remy stopped worrying and went back to work.

Although he wasn't very stressed or anxious about anything, he felt that he had to rush through everything that he made a lot of silly and unusual mistakes. During the dinner rush, he dumped too much oil in pots and pans, spilled almost half of canister of spices on the stove, and he even used different materials than he was not supposed to use. Uggh, what's wrong with me today? Remy thought as he fixed his mistakes.

Colette watched him as she cooked additional dishes. "Little chef? Is everything alright over there? You're not working your best today..." Remy sighed and tried to avoid Colette's eye contact. He knew that he was in enough trouble already. "It's okay, little chef. I'm not feeling well myself also. I can't criticize you for that." They both continued to work, but neither of them were as enthusiastic as before.

After the last dish he served for today, he looked around the kitchen. There was a complete mess in the kitchen. He sighed and started to clean up. While he was cleaning up, he accidently knocked out a bottle of wine on the kitchen floor and watch it shatter and spill everywhere. Oh my goodness, why do I have to make such mistakes on this kind of day? In the middle of his clean up, he wrote a letter for Linguini saying: "Linguini, I'm so sorry about my mistakes today. I will not leave the restaurant until I make up for all of my mistakes by cleaning up all the mess in the kitchen and the dining hall." He left the note in the dining hall and continued to clean up the kitchen. He let out a deep sigh.

Linguini walked in. "Hey, little chef, it's okay. I make mistakes too. You don't have to worry about it." Remy sadly looked down on the floor. "Now if you feel that bad, maybe you can take over Colette's job today. She left a little early because she was not feeling well." Remy nodded. "All right. Don't worry about my part. You're just gonna do two times as much as before. Well then, I'll see you later." Linguini hurried to clean up the dining hall and left while Remy took over Colette's job. He still had piles of dishes to wash and the clock read 8:45.

"Let's get this thing over with. I need to finish this!" Remy scrubbed the pots and dishes after filling them with warm water. The piles of dishes are always five times more than dishes at home. He carefully placed all the pots and dishes in the dishwasher. "Thank goodness we have a dishwasher. I'm so glad that Ego persuaded him to invest in one. Well, let's clean the kitchen floor." He skated around with a rag dipped in soap and water. It took him a long time, longer than the dishwasher finished cleaning the dishes. When he felt that the floor was clean enough, he organized all the dishes into their piles. By the time he was finished, it was around 9:30. He stepped outside as he dragged his exhausted body outside of the bistro. He didn't see Git anywhere. Remy was too tired to think. He yawned and slowly started to fall asleep... on the floor.
