Chapter 19:

The next morning, Liam was at his office looking over some work when he heard a knock on his door. It got him curious.

"Is that Hope?" he thought as he went to his door. The thought excited him.

However, the excitement faded when he saw who was at his door.

It was Rick, and he didn't look too happy.

"What do you want, Forrester?" asked Liam. "Did you call my office yesterday?" asked Rick sternly. "Yeah I did. So?" asked Liam. "Did my sister answer the phone?" asked Rick. "Yes. What the hell is this about, Rick?" asked Liam who feel himself beginning to panic.

Rick noticed & took advantage of it by giving Liam this warning:

"Stay the hell away from Hope," he growled. "You have put her through enough crap to last a lifetime. If I find out that you are trying to get her back in any way shape or form, I will kick your ass, Spencer. Don't think for one second that I won't do it because I will." Rick then turned around & left.

Liam was now trembling. Hearing Rick threaten him like that freaked him out. He didn't doubt that Rick could beat him up. Still, he tried to get back to work despite now feeling like he was going to throw up.

A few minutes later, he heard another knock on the door. Liam ran to it quickly & asked, "Who is it?" He just hoped that it wasn't Ridge.

Turns out it wasn't. "It's Ally" said a friendly female voice. Liam breathed a sigh of relief & let Alexandria Forrester in.

Ally noticed Liam's ghostly white face. "Are you OK, Liam?" asked Ally. He shook his head no. "Did someone come here before me?" she asked. "Yeah. Your uncle Rick," said Liam. "What did he want?" she asked. "Guess," said Liam. "He wants you to stay away from Hope?" asked Ally. Liam nodded.

"I'm sorry," said Ally who then found herself hugging him. She had always felt sorry for him in addition to having a major crush on him.

Then something unexpected happened.

Ally started to pull away, & the next thing she knew, Liam was kissing her.

Meanwhile, Hope was with Maya heading over to the Temperley London boutique so that Hope could pick out her dress before she, Wyatt, Rick, & Maya headed off to Hawaii.

Both women looked over some of the dresses. Some looked overdone. Some didn't look right. Hope was beginning to wonder if this was a lost cause until Maya noticed something.

"Check this one out, Hope," she said as she noticed a beautiful silk dress with small capped sleeves. Hope went to where Maya was, saw the dress, & fell in love with it.

"I have to try this on," said Hope excitedly. She then found a fitting room and, with a little help from Maya and a sales associate, got into the dress.

It was perfect. It flattered her figure perfectly, & Hope loved the flowers on it. She then began to imagine herself on her wedding day in this dress.

"I love it. I would like to buy this," said Hope with a huge grin. Maya hugged her, & Hope got herself out of the dress & back into her khaki capris & light blue button-down blouse. She then paid for the dress & was off.

Hope could feel the excitement going through her veins as Maya drove her back to the SLS Hotel.

She couldn't wait to go to Hawaii & become Wyatt's wife.
