My body stops, I can't function.

"Wh-what do you exactly mean?" My curiosity growing slowly.

Jennie roughly grabs my hand and looks at me.

"When you're gone.....i..." I waited for her to finish.

.. don't feel alive, I feel dead, useless..." Her tears drop onto my sleeves.

"Don't leave me please" her eyes meet with mine, she was begging.

Her arms were now around my waist.

I can't believe I'm hugging a ghost.

I thought twice before putting my arms around her as well.

Being the perfect girlfriend material that she is, our bodies were meant for each other basically.

whAT HOLD UP.

I pulled away and wiped her tears with my thumb.

"Wanna come with me and haunt a bunch of morons?" she playfully hit my chest as she nodded.

This is gonna be fun.

I am currently shivering with anxiety as I wait outside.

I'm at this company, they needed an investigator for some reason and since I have a sharp eye, I can nail that job.

Jennie is currently going around and moving stuff, trying to scare a bitch who cut me in the line.

I feel someone tug my shirt.

I look down to see a small girl with a lollipop in her hand.

I ruffle her hair and bend down to her height.

"You need anything kiddo? She puts on a bright smile and kisses my cheek.

I was obviously shocked because of the gesture and gave her a questioning look.

"Um...thanks?" I nervously chuckle.

"You're really pretty!" She yells super loud, causing a few pair of eyes to turn around.

"Aww thank you so much kiddo!" I pinch her cheeks.

"But why are you here? I mean this is an office" She points behind me.

"Do you know.....that person?" I turn around to meet with a similar pair of eyes.

The eyes I couldn't face, the eyes I was ashamed of seeing.

The eyes that shot glares at me every single damn time.

The eyes with broken emotions.

The eyes that loved...

Jennie.

I hear him scoff under his mask, causing a little bit of muffled voices.

"Lalisa huh? You haven't changed at all. The same ol' Lalisa" he steps closer to me causing me to flinch.

I avoid any type of eye contact.

"How have you been?" He puts his cold fingers on my chin, pulling it up.

I try to make him let go but his grip is too tight.

"What do you want?" I ask, my voice cracking up.

"Jennie back" My heart break into a million pieces.

"Sh-she's resting in heaven..." I really hope she is not around here somewhere.

He giggles, a scary giggle.

Pushing me away and walking away, brushing our shoulders together.

"This was all your fault"

I feel shivers take over my body.

It was indeed all my fault.

"I'm sorry.." was all that I could say.

I watch him walk away from my vision.

But as soon as he stops, he looks back.

"Tell her I miss her"

"Jennie, let's go home"

I grab Jennie and roughly pull her towards me.

Our faces were inches away, her lips always looked so soft.

"What? But your interview-"

"I don't care, let's go" she confusingly nods and starts walking behind me.

The walk home was really silent, neither I nor Jennie said a word.

As I opened my door, I motioned Jennie to sit on my bed.

She's always so obedient.

"Jennie...I have questions" she tilts her head to the side, cute.

"Go ahead babe" My body tenses up and my heart does little back flips.

"B-babe?"

"Yeah,why?"

"Nothing nevermind anyways" I look straight into her eyes, the eyes that scream Elegancy.

"Why are you here?" She blinks a few times.

"I told you, I have unfinished business with you"

"What's the business?"

"You have to figure that out yourself" I groan in annoyance and jump to another question.

"Did you ONLY come back for me? No one else?" She shakes her head and smiles.

"Only you" oh my God my stomach is tingling with butterflies.

"Jennie, do you remember your...." I gulped.

"Boyfriend?" Her smile drops, her eyes get filled with sorrow.

I can feel it, I can see it.

"Yes" she seems really sensitive about this topic.

"Well.... I'm sorry" my hands can't find their place.

"For what? You did not do anything" her smile is making me go crazy.

"If only......I payed attention and told you about the vehicle....goddammit" my sobs somehow find their way out and I end up crying.

Jennie gently pats my back.

"Lisa.....I have something to tell you" she whispers in my ear.

"I do not have much time left"
