After telling Papyrus the news he wouldn't stop running around and laughing with glee, Sans was fast asleep on the couch the entire time, after Papyrus calmed down he showed me where I could stay. It was nice and small, perfect for me of course, I thanked him and started setting up.

Even though there was a bed it was slightly broken but I used some magic to fix the wood and re sow the mattress. I set up an oak wardrobe and put my clothes inside, I put up cream colored curtains and recolored the room to a nice earthy brown. I fixed the carpeting in my room and manifested some blankets and sheets and pillows and rearranged the bed, I set up a desk, lamp and chair for future working and the lastly a mirror.

This should do good enough until I start buying new decorations, Papyrus said my room looked wonderful then I went and had a shower, Papyrus shouted that he was going to collect his uniform and I smiled, I got out the shower and wrapped the towel around me, I put my feet in the red slippers and left the bathroom walking into Sans in the process,

"Oh jeez, I thought you were sleeping?"

Sans shrugged,

"I'm always asleep, just a lazy bag of bones me,"

I grinned at his pun and we walked to my room, talking the whole way. I opened up my cupboard and pulled out my casual uniform which was made up of a short sleeve, red and woolen, turtle neck shirt and tight black jeans with combat boots.

I had gotten used to changing with Undyne so I just dropped my towel preparing to change,

"And I sa- Nrkh!"

Sans stopped talking and I looked up at him stopping midway of pulling out my underwear,

"Sans?"

He spun around quickly staring at my door before I realized my mistake,

"Oh my god Sans, I'm so sorry,"

I quickly pulled my towel around me,

"I-it's okay, I umm... I think I'm gonna go check on Pap's,"

I nodded franticly, Sans left in a hurry leaving a very embarrassed me behind, what the hell is my problem?

30 minutes passed and I've been sitting at my desk going over everything, more preparing myself for going back onto the surface. There was an excited yet hesitant knock on my door,

"Come in,"

Papyrus walked inside my room, Human and in his uniform which was actually a black short sleeved made to fit him snuggly and a pair of dark blue jeans and much like me, combat boots. He had his hair combed back casually except for one thin strand which refused to stay with the rest of his hair,

"Do I look okay?"

I got up with a smile and looked up at him,

"Like the Head of The Royal Guard taking his day off,"

Papyrus grinned, his orange eyes glowing,

"Now Papyrus remember, when we go up to the surface we can't play around, we are doing serious detective work, when we go up you leave the talking to me unless you notice anything strange about what the Human said. We will be going into town where a lot more Humans walk around, just walk with me quietly, if anyone greets you just say 'Hi' exactly like I did, with a monotone, we're not going to try and spark any conversation if necessary. If we're lucky we'll avoid anyone who knows me,"

"Knows you?"

Papyrus looked at me curiously,

"Well I look different now but some people may recognize me and I'm hoping they won't,"
