"How long have we been friends?" Misty asked
"Six years Mist, why?" He responded slowly
"I just want to apologize for all the times I've been a jerk to you because if Ash" she said slowly crying
Gary pulled her tight. "It's alright Misty it's alright I'm sorry I ruined your moment too"
"Huh" Misty said with a genuine laugh "like Ash would have done anything romantic"
"The boy has changed Misty" Gary said
"Hmmmmmmm" was Misty's response
"C'mon let's go take the Pokémon to Cerulean Cape you know how they love to play there."
"Alright agreed Misty as marill nudged into her.

ASH'S POV
"Were they....dating? Ash wondered I mean Gary was really overprotective but he knew Misty would never date him" ash thought as he walked to the Cape of Cerulean"
As he arrived he took off he shirt revealing his abbs and waded into the water.
"C'mon out" he yelled throwing 5 Pokeballs in the air.
A Froakie, Bulbasaur, Espurr (no he doesn't actually have one) Oshawott, and Heracross came out and joined Pikachu splashing in the water
Froakie splashed Ash and soon they were all in a water fight.
"C'mon Psyduck you're so slowwww" he heard a familiar voice call
He turned around "Misty!" He thought to himself and soon enough a redhead in a turquoise bikini came out on the path. Following her was a shirtless (and let me just say TONED) Gary, a Gyrados, staryu, Starmie, Corosola, a Kingdra, and at least 15 feet behind the crowd there was Psyduck his eyes were as confused as ever, he waddled along in a polka dotted tube.

MISTY'S POV
C'mon Psyduck she yelled pulling her hairtie out of her hair letting her hair fall past her shoulders "your so slowwww" behind her Gary with his towel on his shoulder laughed as he looked back to see Psyduck
She drew in a breath as she saw him, Ash, with all of his Pokemon watching them.
Gary caught up with her "how is this possible" Gary asked a bit angry
