21: The new beginning

Me: you actually like me

Brad: yeah

I laid down on the ground.

Brad: what's wrong

Me: nothing it's just nice to know someone actually likes me

Brad: what nobody liked you

Me: no I always get used for something.

I could barely hold my eyes open so I fell asleep on the ground.

Brad's POV

When Autumn fell asleep I got up and left. I got up quietly and left. I snuck out the door. I walked to where Liam and Dylan were.

Liam: so Brad do you think she believes she is being torchured

Me: I believe she thinks she's being torchured

Dylan: great

Me: but you need to let her go soon

Liam: why

Me: because if her sister and this is not right

Liam: when did you start caring about her

Me: since I got to know her unlike you

Liam: I care for her

Me: no you don't

Liam: I do care for her

Me: all you did for her is use her

Liam: I actually like her

Me: if you care for her then show her by letting her go

Liam: I'm protecting her for being here

Me: no your not so stop with the act

Liam: I am just trust me on this one

Me: I don't think I can

Then I walked away.

I walked back to the room where Autumn was.

Autumns POV

I woke up and there was Brad sitting across the room. I sat up and brought me knees up to my chest.

Brad: your up finally

Me: yup

Brad: what's wrong

Me: nothing I'm fine

Brad: soon this will all be over

Me: I should have stayed in juvenile detention

Brad: whys that

Me: none of this would have happened my sister would be safer

Brad: she will be okay and this will be all over soon

Me: when this is all over I'm going back to New York

Brad: may I ask how you got in the detention

Me: well my mom started using drugs so I got put in foster care

Brad: what about your dad

Me: he died when I was 10... My mom got in a fight with him and he drank to much and had a drug overdose.

Brad: I'm sorry

Me: and the foster care I got put into...The "dad" was abusive. I couldn't take it anymore so I snuck out of the house did drugs, stole, and vandalized his car. And he said that I stole his money. And then I got put in another foster care they had an older brother. First we were really close friends and he told me I had to date him or he was gonna tell everyone that I forced him to... So I dated him. I didn't like it he hit me tried to rape me and when I told him and I stop and never touch me again he told the head of the foster care people and told them I making him do all this and that is why I got put in there.

Brad: I'm sorry

Me: it's done and over with

Brad: you know.....

Then Liam came in.

Liam: get up the both of you

Me: why where are we going

Liam: you are getting let out

Me: really

I was smiling and I was happy.

Liam: but on condition

My smile and happiness went away when he said that

Me: and what's that

Liam: you haven't to either stay with me or Brad.

Me: I'll stay with Brad

Liam: why

Me: because I don't trust you no more after you used me

Liam: what ever just get out of hear so I don't have to look at you no more

Then he threw us out. Brad and I walked to Brad's car. We drove to Liam's house. I told Skylar to get her stuff together. I packed all of my stuff. Then I threw me and Skylar's stuff in the trunk. Skylar got in the backseat. Brad started the car and we started to head to Brad's house. I thought in my head when we were driving this is a chapter to a new beginning. Brad collided his hand with mine to stop my train of thought. I laid my head on Brad's shoulder. I looked back to check on Skylar and she was asleep.

Brad: I told you it would be over soon

Me: and you were right

Brad: I always am

I smiled. I decided to look out the window. I punched Brad.

Brad: what was that for

Me: slug bug no slug bug back

Brad: that's not fair

Me: it really is

Then we arrived at his house.
