What happened to virgil?

Chapter 5 - Baby Sitting (Part 1)

Roman POV

I woke up with logan leaning against me, i shoved him off and he woke up, we both rubbed our eyes

L- "where patton? *yawns*"

R- "Probably up stairs"

I looked to my left and there was a note that said

"I need you two to look after virgil, thomas has taken me to orlando, ill only be away for the day, im trusting you boys, love patton"

R- "oh great!"

L- "what?"

R- " we're on baby sitting duty *shows logan note*"

L- "oh dear lord, how are we supposed to look after...that?"

R- "just...keep calm and relax"

I was trying to remember everything patton had taught us, i went up stairs and logan followed, we walked into virgils room and found him tucked up in his bed surrounded by pillows, he was awake and looked at us

R- "virgil, kiddo? Uh pattons going to be away today so logan and i are going to take care of you"

I picked Virgil up and he started screaming and crying, i started to freak out

L- "uh OH he just woke up, maybe he needs food?"

Logan and i went downstairs, the screaming didnt seem to end, logan made up some warm milk and handed me the bottle

R- "right, now now shh shh *starts feeding virgil*"

Virgil soon stopped crying and sucked the bottle but for some reason he was whining and squirming, he sucked the bottle dry and i started to pat his back

R- "come on now, burp for roman"

But when virgil purped, he threw up down my back

R- "OH MY-"

L- "*takes virgil and cleans his mouth* roman! Dont make a big drama, its just baby barf, go and have a shower"

I ran upstairs, threw my suit into the wash and took a shower

Virgil POV

I only cried because i didn't want roman holding me, but i have to admit the milk was really good, and i felt much better after being sick, hehe, but oh great now logans holding me

Logan POV

virgil started crying again

L- "now now, shhh *rubs virgils back*"

Virgil didnt seem to stop crying and i think i knew why

L- "im not changing a wet diaper, im not changing a wet diaper"

Just then roman came out of the shower, with a towel around his head and around his body

L- " oh good roman, guess what, youre on diaper duty *gives Virgil to roman*"

R- "aw heck no *holds virgil in disgust*"

L- "well one of us has to do it!"

R- "fine! FINE! *lays virgil down* okay....*takes deep breath* i can do this"

Roman POV

I quickly changed virgil and washed my hands, i picked up virgil and tickled under his chin

R- "*chuckles* that wasnt so bad was it?"

V- "*squeals and giggles*"

L- "h-he's giggling...he's actually giggling"

I sat down with virgil and placed him on my lap

Virgil POV

Okay...soo maybe being held by roman isnt ALL bad but i still dont really like it

V-"*whines*"

Roman POV

R- " shhhh shhh *rocks virgil and gives him binkie*"

Virgil slowly calmed down and just layed there in my arms, logan flopped onto the couch

L- "parenting is quite difficult".

R- "how does patton do it? *gently rocking virgil*"

I could tell virgil was bored so i got up and grabbed a toy car, sat virgil down and sat next to him

R- "lookie virgil, a car *moves toy car back and forward*"

L- "*pinches the bridge of nose* roman, he knows what a car is"

Virgil then places the car in his mouth and starts sucking on it

L- "*face palms and takes a deep breath* okay maybe not"

R- "*chuckles* i wonder if he can understand us"

L- "technically he can but if you mean word for word, then no, no he cant"

Virgil started throwing the car

R- "ah ah ah, no virgil thats dangerous"

Of course, virgil started crying

R- "shh shh dont cry *holds Virgil* shhhh"

He didnt stop

L- "get the binkie!"

R- "*grabs binkie and gives it to virgil* "

Virgil started calming down

R- "*sighs* this is tiring!"

L- "i know *looks at clock* not long, only 7 more hours until bedtime"

There was a slight pause then logan and i groaned
