What happened to virgil?

Chapter 7 (Babysitting Part 3)

Logan POV

Roman and i just sat watching t.v. with our arms folded when all of a suddon Patton came through the door

P- "IM BAAACK"

The suddon noise woke virgil and he started crying, patton ran upstairs before we could say anything, a few minutes later he came down stairs with a very happy baby, roman and I jumped with excitement

L&R- "PATTON! *both run over and hug patton*

P- "woah haha *hugs back* heyy did ya miss me?"

R- "YES! IT WAS A MESS! I had to change a diaper and virgil threw up on me!!!"

L- "never leave us again with a baby i can not go through that again!"

Patton POV

I laughed slightly, i knew i could count on them

P- "i wont but i knew i could trust you two, hiya virgil *coos virgil*"

Virgil began to laugh and bounce happily, he's so cute

P- "how long until virgil is back to normal?"

R- " 4 days, 3 once it turns 12, hopefully theyll fly by"

I smiled gently, Roman and logan where clearly stressed

P- "thank you again, here i got these for you *hands roman a ticket and Logan a book *

R- "a SPA WEEKEND?"

L- "*widens eyes* the new Harry potter book! oh my goodness thank you patton I'll look forward to reading this *smiles brightly*

P- "just thought you guys deserved a treat for being great baby sitters *smiles* it starts tomorrow at 4 so make sure youre ready Roman"

R- "*excitedly* i will! Thank you thank you thank you!"

Roman ran upstairs excitedly,logan smirked and went to his room, virgil sucked his thumb and started to whine

P- "shhh are you hungry? Do you want a baba??"

I made up warm milk and started to feed virgil, he calmed down, and drank his milk calmly, i walked around with virgil in my arms, humming gently, when he finished the bottle i patted his back, he burped and spat up

P: good job honey bear *whipes virgils mouth*

Virgil giggled and then gave a yawn, i decided to put him down to bed, i carried him upstairs and he had already fell asleep in my arms, i tucked him into his bed, kissed his head and left quietly, i walked into romans room for a chat, he was packing a bag for tomorrow

P: *hushed voice* hiii

R: *also hushed voice* hello, is that emo nightmare away to bed?

P: *chuckles* yeah so keep it quiet okay? Good night roman

R: night patton

I chuckled and walked into logans room, he was already reading his book

P: *same hushed voice* hiii thats virgil away too bed so keep it down yeah?

L: *hushed voice* of course

P: night logan

L: night patton

I left logans room and and went down stairs, it was quiet. The TV was turned on playing "the office" and I chuckled, I looked at the clock, 9:47 PM, not long now before midnight, I sat on the couch and said to my self

P: It'll be nice to have Virgil back....but....I'm having so much fun with him and I don't want that to end....he's so happy and he isn't worrying about everything  and I feel so loved, I don't want him to turn back!

I teared up at the thought, I wasn't going to cry I wasn't going to cry, virgil was always going to be my little boy no matter what, I started to become really upset. I stood up and walked to the kitchen and poured myself a small glass of red wine to calm my nerves, I deserve a drink after all, I sipped it and thought, what could i do with these last few days with Virgil? go swimming? go to the park? boring. I sighed and finished the wine, i glanced over to a picture of Virgil and I, I smiled softly. I walked upstairs and got into my pajamas but instead of getting into my bed I walked to Virgils room, he was just laying there sound asleep in his big king sized bed, I decided to sleep with him, I quietly shut the door behind me and slipped under the covers and wrapped Virgil in my arms, I popped his pacifier in his mouth and cuddled him, he smiled in his sleep and I teared up happily, I kissed his head and slowly drifted off to sleep.
