As he enters, he suddenly felt the pain, the antidote's effect was now running out... he became Conan again...

"Yo Kudo-kun... how's it?" Haibara asked him with an evil smirk

Haibara listens to the record...

"R-ran..." Conan says in a low voice

Conan was going now but he suddenly carelessly bumped into a table...

Ran stopped crying, rubbed her tears and stood up then walk toward the place where she heard the sound...

"Who's there?!"

Conan was about to run when Ran caught her...

"Conan-kun!!! why are you here..." Ran asked

"R-ran-neechan..." he was sweating 

"You did saw me crying..." Ran said with a sad face looking down

"What's the matter Ran-neechan?" He just asked

"You know that feeling Conan-kun? When you waited for someone in a long time, then suddenly he will just leave you? I-it's, painful!!" she cried again and she hugged Conan...

"Ran-neechan..."

"Conan-kun, you're the only person whose here for me..."

"Don't worry Ran-neechan... you still have your little brother..." he said and smiled at her

"C-Conan-kun...."

"Right, Ran-neechan?" he smiled happily, in a childish way

"Ahm... I think you're right..." she then stopped crying, rubbed her tear, braced herself and stood up... " And I know you love me, right?"

"Ahm!" he nodded with a meaning yes

"Okay, let's go home now, I think I'm just quite obsessed with that deduction maniac... But I don't have to worry now, I have my little brother here ^_^" she says, and looks at Conan then smiled

[Deduction maniac huh?]

They held their hands together and walked home together

"I'll just cook food for you ^_^"

"Okay!!" Conan started putting his act again as usual

--Ran's POV--

I think I don't really have to worry for anything, I still have Conan-kun, who really loves me, who really cares for me... and by the way, I understand Shinichi, he just wanted to protect me... but I can't understand where? Ahm... I'll just do as what he said... find a better man than him, and not wait for him anymore...
