The black-haired, hooded boy laughed, glancing at the other boy in interest. The boy returned his gaze with a confused look. "What was that about?" he asked, his head tilting ever so slightly.
"I maintain my sanity through humor."
His words were followed by silence, before the boy blinked.
"No, you really don't."
He grinned. "Y'know, kid, it never really did come up in conversation...Your name?"
The boy blinked. "Toby...Yours?"
"Archer, nice to meet ya."
"We've already met, er....Archer."
The demonic boy laughed, a deep, howl-like chuckle. "I'm aware."
