I stepped out into the light, My classmates by my side. I noticed all the other classes coming out as well and noticed the same purple haired kid who made his intentions known, all I could pick up about him was his name "Shinsou Hitoshi" I whispered as we all lined up in our respected lines. The whole introduction ceremony went by my head, The whole time I was studying the other students, see their quirks, physical attributes, anything that could give me the upper hand. I heard the crack of a whip as my attention snapped to the R-Rated hero midnight "And now the athletes's speech, U.A hero course's Katsuki bakugou" I watched ka-Chan Walk to the podium and stand In front of the mic "I'd just like for you all to know, I'm going to win" And like that he had riled up every kid in U.A, I sighed and went back to studying my opponents, I saw the blond haired kid monama, The class "Older sister" itsuka, And the real serious tetsu tetsu, all of their quirks had great potential, though monama shined brighter than most of the others 'I'll have to take him out first' I thought as midnight pushed her glasses up a grin plastered on her face "And now the event that sends kid running home to mommy, Lets see what you'll be starting with" Midnight pointed toward a a big Electric board as the words "Obstacle course race" Pulled up. I listened in as she spoke up "Now, we at U.A do care for your safety, but this is the festival, so, As long as you don't go off corse, It's fair game" We all ran over to the beginning of the track and everyone lined up, though as I peered through the crowd I noticed how slim the entrance was 'Sneaky bastards' I pushed my way to the back and stood there stretching as the lights on the GO! Sign lit up, On the last one I got down and ready to run activating my quirk. When the last one lit up everyone started charging in to make it out first, and as I calculated most of them got stuck. I jumped up and used my telekinesis to allow me to run on the wall, as I looked down I saw Ice completely cover the ground below me freezing people in their place 'Todoroki' I thought seeing a lot of people get above the ice. I saw mineta say a few things before he was sent flying by a swipe from a robot 'Robots from the entrance exam...They didn't' I looked up and my jaw dropped as the 0 pointers from the hero exam showed up, I dropped to the floor and ran to catch up to todoroki who had just froze a robot and ran past it leaving a nice path of safety for the rest of the students right behind him. I stopped letting people run past me as I watched the unstable frozen giants fall blocking the so called 'Safety path' I couldn't help but laugh, He was this serious. If I wanted to win I had to step up my game, I turned around and took a few steps forward walking past kirishima and tetsu tetsu who busted out of the fallen 0 pointers, I looked up in time to see 2 of said giants swinging down at me and all the students behind me Gasp. I raised my hands up and snapped my fingers as the bots stopped, I moved my finger and made the bot to my right completely decapitate the bot to my left, I jumped up on its foot and grabbed on using my telekinesis to make it move forward carrying me the way we were heading "WOAH, CLASS-A IZUKU MIDORIYA TAKING OVER THE BOT AS IF IT WERE A PUPPET" Present mic screamed, I saw a few more 0 pointers get in my way so I stood up and used my telekinesis to rip off the bot I was on's arm off. I reared back the monstrous fist and smashed the bot directly in front of me sending it back and making it collide with the ones behind it. I took my chance and blasted forward using one for all to jump on the bot running down its body before leaping off with great distance. I got past them all and hit the floor rolling a bit before getting to my feet and running at full speed toward the next obstacle "Shit" I cursed as I saw nothing but a giant cavern with various pillars strewn about only connected by wires. I stopped on the edge and look in front of me seeing bakugou blasting his way across and todoroki using his ice to make a path. I turned around Just In time to see a bunch of kids rush toward me, I panicked and jumped back slipping off the cliff and falling down down into the abyss "AND IZUKU MIDORIYA SLIPS AND FALLS DOWN INTO HE ABY- WAIT WHAT" Present mics announcement was cut off as I threw myself upward using my telekinesis to maneuver my body through the air "HEHEHEH" I looked to my left to see a girl with pink dreadlocks blast up next to me, a smile plastered on her face. She moved down and landed on one of the pillars before leaping off to another one. I focused on my path in front of me as I reached the other side and fell back to the ground. I ran forward trying to see what place I was in when in front of me I saw a explosion and a few seconds later a kid flying through the air "AND THEY FOUND THE LAND MINES, THOUGH HARMLESS, THEY'LL SEND YOU FLYING, SO BE CAREFUL" Present mic announced the founding of the mines, I ran up breathing hard as sweat beat down my forehead, it took a lot out of me to use my telekinesis For a extended amount of time, especially accompanied by one for all. As I caught my breath I Analyzed the mine field laid out in front of me, I noticed toward the end I saw ka-Chan throwing explosions at todoroki, And I felt that urge to win, and with that urge a wave of new energy came over me. I looked around and tried to think of what to do, anything that would get them behind me, It came to me as I looked across the field. I used my telekinesis to pull everyone who was in front of me backward, todoroki and bakugou used their quirks to stay in the air, though bakugou still tried to fight todoroki. Now they were about half way and positioned perfectly for me to activate my plan. I activated one for all at 30% as it blew the bottom of my pants to pieces. I focused on the front of the minefield and activated my telekinesis focusing on the ground in front of ka-Chan and todoroki. As it pressed down the mines clicked and sent of a series of explosions out coming right at the tussling two, I pressed my feet down as I watched the explosion, if I got there to early I'd be blown away, if I got their to Late they'd of caught up. I had to time it perfectly, as it reached a second row of explosions I took my chance and blasted through, I went right past them and for a split second our eyes met, but that second was over almost as fast as it began because of the explosion that went off in between us, sending them back to the back to the field and me flying through the smoke toward the end. As soon as I hit the ground the wind was knocked out of me and I was sent strait into a wall, it cracked as I fell to the ground trying to gather my breath back "WOAH WOAH WOAH, IZUKU DOING A SUICIDE MANEUVER TO GET AHEAD, I HOPE HES OKAY, CAUSE NOW HES GOT ME ROOTING FOR HIM" I spit up what was in my stomach and stood up, my legs felt like jelly and my body felt like a collapsing building, every step I made felt worst than the last, but I stood up all the same. I looked over and saw ka-Chan getting up, But todoroki was already half-way through again. The look on his face was that I've never seen on it before "He Looks pissed" I chuckled a bit before turning tail and stumbling into the tunnel, as I moved I glanced back and saw todoroki and ka-Chan still on my tail, at this I really felt the stress and I ignored the pain l had charging through the tunnel, the light came to my eyes as I took a few steps out and fell to my knees looking up in enough time to see everyone cheering "AND IZUKU MIDORIYA HAS PLACED FIRST" I smiled pulling my arms out so they landed before my body hit the ground, I used the rest of my strength pushing down and standing up strait puffing my chest out and showing my pride "AND LOOK AT THAT STATURE, HES ALREADY READT FOR THE NEXT EVENT" I heard explosions and ice forming behind me and turned to see bakugou blast out after todoroki "Damn" He growled, but didn't have that same scowl, more like a pissed smile "AS THE STUDENTS FLOW INTO THE STADIUM TAKE THIS TIME TO BREATH, WE'LL GET TO THE STATISTICS LATER" Present mic called out across the stadium as I looked up and searched for the face I wanted to see, and at the top next to 13 he sat, although in his skeleton form he still looked down at me with pride and joy and I couldn't help but feel happy 'This is my chance to become a hero...I hope you can see me su-Chan...I really hope you can...Because I'm going to give it my all to become a great hero, just like we wanted' I smiled looking up at the sky hoping that she was in heaven, looking down on me. I felt arms wrap around me as I was brought back down to earth "That was amazing Deku!" I looked down to see Uraraka hugging me and from the look of it ieda was here too, Ieda, he always supported our relationship and hoped that one day he could have one himself, although he never supported the 'P.D.A' At school, other than that he's been great. I leaned down and embraced Urarakas hug before ieda coughed into his hand making us break apart, though I still kept my arm around her waist "Congratulations midoriya, You made first...It Appears I have much more training ahead of me if I want to be a great hero...You seem to very tired midoriya" I nodded showing a bit of my fatigue "Guess I'll just have to go plus ultra for the next event" We all shared a laugh before walking over to the gathered group under the podium "And these are your rankings, If you did not make the first 42, do not worry, we'll find something for you to do" I saw up there that I was first, todoroki second, Ka-Chan third, Ibara shiozaki, a very nice girl from what I've heard, placed 4th and then so on "I-I made 16th" Uraraka gently pumped her fist smiling "Congrats" She smiled at me as midnight cracked her whip "And now the suspenseful SECOND EVENT" I grit my teeth as she announced the second one 'So soon!?' She pointed to the board as 'Cavalry battle' Popped up. The instant it did kids began muttering and theorizing about what to do, I'm sadly one of those kids "Now this will be a teamed event consisting of teams of 2-4, You will be going for the headbands as you would in any cavalry battle...But...Since our school runs on the extreme, PLUS ULTRA...We've decided to put points on your headbands for what place you got in the preliminaries" I felt cold chills go down my spine as I figured out where she was going "42nd place will be a 5 pointer, 41 will be a 10 pointer and so on...But...1st place is a exception, 1st place...Is worth...10 million points!" My eyes widened as everyone focused on me "And the team who has the most points gets first place" And with that all those stares turned evil, there intentions turned to that of the dark side, and they wanted only the thing that was worth something, my head. But...At this sudden change of atmosphere...I felt something click in my head...Something that made me remember all the kids that bullied me...All the villains that beat me...Made me remember the look I got from all for one after he gave me my telekinesis, it was like I was just a piece of meat...With something they wanted. I couldn't help it...I snapped...My Eyes went cold as my blood boiled and my dull eyes resembled those more befitting of Hitoshi shinsou. I glared up at them as their glares didn't waver "Eh...What?...You want my crown...Heheheheh...Well then...come get it" It was almost like I was spitting ice out those words were so cold. Everyone except Uraraka, ka-Chan, And todoroki stepped back a few feet, even midnight. Their eyes turned from greed to decent amount of fear as they stared at me, The honey bun gone psycho "W-Well then...We'll be giving you all 15 minutes to gather your teams and be off...G-good luck" Midnight stuttered slowly backing off stage to hide behind the podium. I knew no one would come to join me, it's better to steal points not hold them, especially at the beginning of the match. Uraraka Smiled at me "Well...You got me Deku" I looked over at her and smiled gratefully "Yeah...We need to find 2 more people and I think I have someone in mind" I walked over and tapped ieda shoulder turning him around "Ah midoriya" I waved him down as he bent over with me and Uraraka "Hey, I say the three of us team up, we'll find a decently defensive rider and we'll run out the clock" Uraraka nodded with my plan but ieda only looked up, the light reflection off his glasses so I couldn't see his eyes "It's a very good plan, and I hope that it works out for you midoriya...But as you know this is a contest to show everyone who we are...And if I join your group...I'll only be stuck deeper into your shadow...I'm sorry again...but if I'm to shine brighter...And gather the attention of the pros...I must depart from your group" He turned and headed toward todoroki, momo, And kaminari "I understand...And I'll say this" He turns back as he arrived in the middle of them, I have him a great big smile "I hope everyone sees how bright you shine, Cause I'm pretty sure it'll blind em...Good luck man" He smiled and waved back to me a little surprised I might guess that I wasnt at all mad at him, though after I turned around I truly felt what had just happened "Damn...We just lost our best chance to win...Ah what are we gonna do no-" "HOWDY THERE NUMBER ONE" I looked up to see pink, brown and gold, and a smile. Instinctively I jumped back realizing it was that girl I saw in the obstacle race "H-hey...W-What's up" I stuttered not because I was awkward around girls, ever sense I started dating Uraraka all that disappeared, I stuttered because I didn't know what else to do, I'd never met a person who would willingly get that close to my face before We even knew eachothers names, especially a girl. She lifted her goggles revealing her cute eyes as she smiled a bit more "I'm Mei hatsume, But you can just call me the greatest Inventor of all time" I clocked my head as he spilled out a few gadgets "Have a look at my babies" Uraraka instantly clicked her head starring at the weird prices of mangled metal "Babies?" I picked one up and analyzed it further "The things you invent, You call them your babies?" I asked out of curiosity as she nodded "They work like the best" I grinned a bit seeing them all "Perfect" I muttered as I looked around "Do you have a team" She shook her head and and jumped forward getting really close to my face "Actually, I came here to be on your team, with you having the 10 million then all the industries Eyes will be on you, and if I join your group then I can really show off my babies, aw man I can't wait to show them off to everybody, see this one here can-" I blocked her out as I thought of our group 'She'd be useful, so I think I'll accept her offe-' My thoughts were cut off as Uraraka latched onto my arm and puffed out her cheeks "Well me and my boyfriend were thinking of someone els-" "That'd be awesome, Your babies will come in handy if we get into a tight fix" Her eyes turned a bit as they seemed to lock onto my face "We?" I smiled as Uraraka tightened her grip on my arm "Welcome to the group!" The pink haired girl, Hatsume, pumped her fist as Uraraka tightened her grip to the point where it was cutting my arms circulation off "U-u-u-Uraraka...Too tight" She gave me a mean glare before realizing something and blushing letting go of my arm "Oh gosh I'm so sorry Deku are you okay" I nodded giving her a ok sign "I'm alright...Just wondering why you put my arm in a headlock" She opened her mouth to reply but her face got all red and she covered her mouth and looked away "N-n-no reason...Sorry again" She turned around as I Jiggled my numb arm 'Now then, we need defense, we need someone with something that could protect us...from...all angles' My thoughts slowed as I set my eyes in a dark quirked crowheaded boy "TOKOYAMI" He turned to his name as I approached "Hello midoriya, How are you" "Great...Umm..by any chance do you have a group?" He shook his head as I grinned "W-would you like to join ours...I know that we do have the 10 million and that you probably wouldn't-" I was cut off as a dark shadowy bird came out of toloyamis shadow "We'll join" I smiled bowing in front of him "Thank you" He shook his head "No need, Now where is our group?" I pointed toward hatsume and Uraraka, The mechanical girl was busy showing off all her cool gadgets to a seeming uncharacteristicly unhappy Uraraka, Tokoyami walked past me tapping my shoulder as he joined the presentation. I looked around and analyzed the groups in front of us as they gathered. I broke away and walked over to our group before time was up and we chatted "I do believe I should tell you this...Though I am not happy about giving out my weakness...if it'll help I must tell you that dark shadow is very weak to light, any sort of it brings him down to a much more weaker and docile state, while in the opposite, if he is Inclosed in darkness, he can become frantic and untamable getting tremendously more powerful" I nodded thinking of everything, I sighed a bit before scratching the back of my neck "During the obstacle course...I gave out a little more than needed of my telekinesis...So now...it's pretty weak" I demonstrated as I levitated up one of hatsume babies, it only got a few feet of the ground before I gave out And it fell "See" Tokoyami nodded as he held up a thumbs up "With me and darkshadow In front, we hopefully won't have to resort to using your Quirk...Though I am curious...What is the plan" And at That I grinned "With the million...Everyone will come at us from the start till the finish...So they'll expect if we run, but what they don't expect, is if we fight" They all gawked at me like I was mad "We run yes...But any chance we get...We take their bands, we may increase our numbers more, but if someone steals our 10 million band, then games over...If we go with this plan, we'll have a few back up bands" They all nodded "15 minutes are up" Midnight called out as everyone got into position, I got my head band with 10,000,000 on it from midnight and got onto the cavalry rider position, tokoyami in front of me, Uraraka to my left and hatsume to my right. 'This is gonna be one hard, we'll thought out battle...And it's gonna be tense...But fucking hell...I'm PUMPED' And like that...The battle started!!!
