you smiled at your boyfriend dylan as they read out the nominees for best new movie. you knew your best friend tom was going to be nominated and you didn't want to go to the show alone so naturally you bought dylan.
"our nominees are tom holland, andy curkis, and gal gadot" the host read from his cards.
"and the award goes to tom holland"
you cheer as he makes his way up on stage, him giving you a big smile. he starts his speech about how it was filming spider-man:homecoming.
he was halfway through his speech when dylan decided to get your attention by kissing you. you kiss him back until you hear tom stop talking and go silent.
you break away to see him staring right at you hurt. you immediately turn all your attention back to him but he just slightly shakes his head in jealousy.
"uh yeah that's all i'm really thankful" he says before handing the guy the microphone and walking off stage, still staring at you.
