The Failed Experiment

Chapter 13

Shadow's ears move a bit as he arrives at his destination. Eggman's base. Shadow narrows his eyes and growls," Should have know." He said with a huffs as he makes his way into the base

Yami was humming an small tune as he walks into the room to check the cameras. He first checks on Sonic and sees him just staring at the walk. He chuckles and switch to another camera and sees nothing. He the switch to another and sees Shadow

His eyes widen and he growls as he press a button and robots appears and head straight for Shadow. Yami smirks," That should keep him busy for a bit." He said as he heads to where he was keeping Sonic locked up at. Shadow was alert as he slowly makes his way through the halls of the base. His ears twitches as he looks about

Shadow then hears noises up ahead as he gets in a fighting stance and his hands sparks with chaos energy as he glares. Then robots appears and starts shooting at Shadow. Shadow smirks and attacks the robots

"Chaos Spear!" He shouts as he hits an few robots, destroying them. He then curls up into a ball and used spindash and destroyed more robots. He continues this, going back and forth between his chaos spears and spindash, until all the robots was destroyed. When that was done he skates down the hall, fast, looking for Sonic

Yami gets to the room that Sonic is in. He growls softly when he sees Sonic trying to escape and quickly walks over and pins Sonic down. Sonic yelps and then glares up at Yami. "Your not leaving yet!" Yami said with a growl as he chain Sonic's arms and legs together as he then unhooks him from the table and makes him stand up

Sonic grunts and pulls away from Yami. He tries to run but the chains keeps him from doing so. Yami smirks and makes Sonic follow him. Sonic pins his ears back as he follows Yami, wondering where they were going and hoping to get rescued soon

Yami then yelps as he was suddenly thrown against a wall, him pulling Sonic with him.  Sonic yelps and crashes into the floor. Shadow, who had appeared and thrown Yami against the wall and goes picks up Sonic and hold him against his chest as he growls at Yami

Yami groans and slowly stands up as he glares over at Shadow. Shadow breaks the chains so Sonic can move. Sonic sighs in relief as he rub his wrists. He then stands up and glares at

Sonic wobbles and falls forward but Shadow catches him. Sonic looks at Shadow and smiles. "Glad to see you." He said with a small chuckle and Shadow nods and smirks a bit," You too." He said. He then gives a worry look," You not hurt are you?" He asked

A few buries here and there. Head hurts too but other then that I'm fine." He replies with a grin as Shadow slowly nods," Well, I better get you home then and treat you wounds." He said as he gently nuzzles Sonic and Sonic purrs happily

"Your not going anywhere!" Yami said angrily as he glares at the two hedgehogs and then charges at them. Shadow glares and then smirks as he pulls out his chaos emerald and chaos control a few miles away from Eggman's base. Yami cursed at what happens and heads out of the room

Sonic and Shadow appears in a small field. Shadow grunts and he hits the ground. Sonic blinks and holds his head as he looks at Shadow and smiles. He slowly walks towards him. Shadow stands up and dust himself off as he turns and looks at Sonic

"Shadow..." Sonic said as Shadow tiltes his head and looks at Sonic curiously," Hmm?" He asked as his eyes widen and he blushes. Sonic had kissed him on the lips. After a few seconds, Sonic pulled away," I love you and thanks for the rescue." He said with smile as he then falls unconscious

Shadow was shocked and surprise as he blushes from the kiss and what Sonic said as he doesn't notice his tail wagging. "Love you too." He said softly as he then shakes his head and looks at Sonic. He was unconscious. He gets worry as he holds Sonic close and runs back to his house so he could treat Sonic's wounds
