Dana's POV
I laughed at my beautiful daughter of a year old. It's been a year and I can say I've progressed as a man and a soon to be husband. My wedding is in a week and I just can't wait to get it over with so I can spend the rest of my life with the love of my life.
"DADDY" Fairen screamed
"BABY" I mimicked her
She giggled "I love you daddy"
"I love you too baby girl" I said kissing her forehead "Now come on let's go pick up mommy"
"Yeah MOMMY" Fairen said running down the hall
I laughed at her and grabbed my car keys. I picked Fairen up and walking out the front door, locking it.
"Daddy" Fairen said as I unlocked the car door and placed her in her car seat
"Yes baby" I replied buckling her seatbelt
"When did you and mommy meet" She asked
"I'll tell you on the way to pick up mommy" I smiled closing the car door and getting in
"Okay so Mommy and I met in the second grade" I said buckling my seatbelt
"Did you like her" She asked as we pulled out of the driveway
"No girls had cooties in second grade" I said making her scrunch her face up
"EW COOTIES" She yelled
"Ew is right but I still became mommy's friend" I said
"Best Friends" She asked
"Yes Best Friends" I smiled remembering that day like is was just yesterday
Pilar's Pov
I walked out of the dance studio with a smile on my face. Today was so amazing and I cannot believe I'm snapping back like this. Life is good and I have to make sure it stays that way.
"Good work Pilar" Alex said walking beside me with sweat beating down her face
"Girl ME" I laughed "I saw you with all the hip rolls and body rolls"
"I mean what can I say" She laughed
"Alex you know Gabe been teaching you some new moves in bed" I burst into laughter
"See now your just being funny" She wiped her forehead
"But you know it's true" I said opening the main door
"I mean" She said looking at me with that look
" I KNEW IT " I said standing in front of the building with her "Y'all nasty"
"Oh shut up" She giggled
A horn honked and Alex pointed "There goes your man"
" I'll catch you later boo" I said air kissing her cheeks
"Kiss my baby for me" She said walking away
"Will do" I said walking towards the car and getting in
"Hey Baby" Dana said kissing my lips
"Hi" I said peeking behind me to see an asleep Fairen
"What did you do to my baby" I said buckling my seatbelt
"She was asking about us and I told her" He replied
"Oh you mean you bored her to sleep" I giggled
He gasped "I am offended"
"Boy bye" I laughed
"How was dance today" He asked
