Dana Vaughns
Its a week before Thanksgiving and I'm going to Miami. I made it to the airport and ran to checkout. My plane takes off in 20 minutes and I haven't checked in. Life has honestly been a learning experience for the past year. My daughter died, DNA test came back that Kelly's child is mine, Gabe and Alex finally had their baby, and I am becoming a top artist on my own.
"Good Morning sir" The Woman said
"Good Morning, I would like to check in a bag" I said quickly placing my suitcase on the weight
"Okay" She said asking a bunch of questions I honestly didn't have time for
When I finished checking in I found a security guard and asked him if he could help me by pass all of these people to get to my plane that flies out in 10 minutes. He recognized who I was and led me away to my first class Plane. When I arrived at the gate my family and wife were standing there.
"Finally" Pilar said "I thought you were going to miss the plane"
"I told you I had last minute things to do at the studio" I said kissing her cheek
"Yeah yeah whatever" She said rolling her eyes
"Well what can I say my son is a sometimer" My dad said squeezing my shoulder
"That's not funny" I said looking at Makayla
"Oh but it is big brother" She said still giggling away
"Thank you for joining us Makayla" Pilar said "Now we can truly have a girls trip and get to know each other"
"I mean it's not like I didn't learn anything about you from your Bachelorette party" Makayla raised her eyebrows as she passed the gate attendant her passport
"Speaking of" I said turning towards Pilar "What did happen that day"
"Now that's a day we shall never speak on" Alex said with a smile on her face
"ALEXXXXX" Makayla screamed
"Hey boo" Alex said giving Makayla a hug
"How's babyboy" Pilar asked hugging her as well
"He's fine" She said as we got settled in our seats "I was nervous to leave him with my mother"
"Yeah I know that feeling" Pilar said "The first time leaving that sweet baby alone with a family member"
"I had to refrain Pilar to leave Fairen alone with her mother for a few hours just so that we could go out" I said chuckling at the memory
"Oh no you did not" Pilar said gasping
"Oh yes I did" I laughed
Then the unexpected happened and I see everyone's face turn from pure happiness to pure anger and hate.
Kelly pov
I grabbed my baby girl and walked her onto a plane to Miami. This is going to be the first time she meets my parents and I'm nervous about it. I know Dana is going to be on this plane today so I decided to fly today. When we walked onto the plane the first 4 rows of the plane got quiet and I felt every eye killing stare coming from it.
"Good Morning everyone" I said
"Good Morning Kelly" Pilar said with a smile plastered on her face "I see your looking well"
"I am, I see your looking ugly but you know it happens when you lose a child" I said smirking
"DADDY" My Babygirl girl said
"Hey Baby girl" Dana said picking Ashley up and kissing her cheek
"I'm going to Miami" She said
"We all are" Dana said pointing "Look there's Grandma and Grandpa go say hi"
Ashley jumped off of Dana's lap and ran to her Grandparents "Can we try to be civilized"
"I can never be civilized with a woman that has the man I want" I said to Pilar
Pilar walked up to me and leaned in close "I have forgiven you for killing my daughter, I have accepted yours into my life, I am trying to be the bigger person" She started "You don't have to accept anything I say or I do but you will respect me and my family"
"But yet again I see I can push any button on you" I smirked
"Don't get fucked up today Kelly" Makayla said
"Oh great you brought the brat along" I rolled my eyes
"Makayla" Mama Vaughns said
"What she pushed it" She said
"Anyway peasants and Dana, I have far more things to do in life than to breath the same air as you" I said continuing to move all the way to the back of the First class plane
"Mommy why are you so mean to Pilar" Ashley asked
"It's none of your concern stay in a child's place" I snapped
Makayla
"Can I just say that you're the official the dumb ass of this family " I said leaning into Dana's chair
"Fuck you" He said rolling his eyes
"Naw I'm good that's called incest" I said chuckling and leaning back in my seat
"Makayla" My mom said
"What" I said looking at her "He ran into that one"
"Okay Dana you kind of ran into that one" My dad said
"See" Makayla said
"Dad" Dana said
"Sorry son but your sister gotcha" He said chuckling
"It's okay baby" Pilar said kissing his cheek
"Eww get a room" I said crossing my arms
"Oh stop pouting" Pilar said "One day you'll find that beautiful man of your dreams"
"I hope it's soon" I said
"Hey where is Cole" My dad asked
"I'M HERE" Cole said out of breath and running on the plane " I'm here"
"We can see that with ya late ass" Pilar said laughing
There goes the man of my dreams. I've been shy around him and haven't spoken to him much but I'm glad he tries.
"Hey Makayla" Cole said waving his hand in my face
"Oh... Yeah... Hey Cole" I said looking towards the plane window
He sat behind me and placed his headphones in and relaxed into the seat. I leaned forward and looked at Pilar and Dana.
" Why can I never act like a normal person around him" I whispered
"Because you think he's hot and your a dork" Dana said and I pushed his head
"Shut up Dana" Pilar said "I heard there's a dinner when we get to Miami that's extremely exclusive"
"How hot do I dress" I asked
"Bodycon dress, Smokey eye make-up, curly hair, and cute pumps" Pilar said looking at me
"Sounds like to much and you know I don't really do dresses" I said
"I know" She said "It's just an attention grabber"
I sat back and thought to myself: How bad do I want Cole?
