Rain on me and let the essence of you envelop my soul to the point of no return
Sail across me like the open sea and let a storm break though so you know that these are the roughest parts of me
Rain on me like you would on a rainforest sinking down into my mystery
Read me like a book that chooses it's reader wisely because of all the harm it may cause to the wrong heart
Rain on me just like a hurricane showing me who you are in the chaos
Let your secrets be known to me and I'll be the safe that hides you from the darkness that tries to consume you
Rain on me because I am a child that takes pleasure standing in you
Forever in the cold, warm droplets that fall showing more and more bliss becoming a safe haven of joyous dreams
Rain on me forever like the great flood that drowned the earth
Like God wanted us to be before giving us the rainbow that brings color to our life together because I'd stay in black, white, & gray for an eternity
Rain on me and be one with me till the dawn cries for freedom
I would live in darkness because there would be no fear because you are there watching over me giving hope that brings forth strength like no other
Rain on me covering me in your watery blanket
Till the pressure of your drowns me so that I'm dressed in you because of my overwhelming desire
Rain on me as I sit on the curbside of the road
Being in you is makes me feel at home calming the parts of me that long for something new and I can't speak because of your piece
Rain one me because I love you and these are the only word that truly shows how I feel please stay and just
Rain On Me
