I'm sorry if this sucks, tbh I was thinking about Luke Hemmings when I first thought of the idea, but I really needed to update and I figured it would work with anyone and made it into a Matt imagine. Also I'm sorry it's so short, I've had writers block. I hope you like it.💕

Matt

You were suddenly woken up to the sound of loud laughter, followed by a slap. Indicating that your boyfriend had his friends over. You grabbed your favorite blanket, your phone, and head phones and went downstairs. The boys had settled down, all smiling insanely big, except for Carter, who had a large red hand print on the side of his face.

"Did we wake you up?" Matt says, noticing you in the doorway of your living room. You shrug, and walk over to his open arms. "I'm sorry, baby." He says once you reach him, wrapping his arms securely around you as you get comfortable on his lap. You look up to see your least favorite movie playing on the television, and decide to listen to music instead. You reach to put your second headphone in when Matt whispers

"Can I listen?"

You can't hold the small smile back while you hand him your other headphone. He presses a kiss to your temple, and pulls you closer as your favorite song plays.

In that moment, it was only the two of you in your own world, the other boys weren't there, the movie wasn't playing, just the 2 of you.
