Breakfast in bed

"Maine, I'm sorry... It's all my fault, I shouldn't have—"

"It's okay, Alden. It not your fault. It's nobody's fault, except her. I made a fool of myself, and embarrassed myself in front of everyone. I ruined your life, our life."

"Love... Don't say that. You complete my life, and there's nothing I can do without you. So please... Don't blame yourself. It's hurting me. If you want me to talk to Julie's management about what she did, I'll go there and talk—"

"No. I'm fine. I want to leave her alone."

"Maine..."

He went beside me then hugged me. I continued to cry, and he cried with me.

"I love you, Alden."

"I love you more, Maine."

"Daddy! Mommy!"

"Yes, baby boy?"

"Lola, labas."

He said as he pointed at the door.

"Sige, I'll follow po. Kay Daddy ka muna, Okay?"

"Okay!"

I walked towards the door, then saw my lolas.

"Menggay, okay ka lang?"

"Okay na po, Lola."

"Meng, hayaan mo na ung babaeng un. Alam mo naman na, pumapatol ka, lalo syang lumalakas. Apo, kalimutan mo na ung nakaraan mo, ni Alden, lalo na't ikakasal na kyo. Ang bigyan mo ng atensyon, ung ngayon at ung future mo."

"Opo, Lola."

"Ngayon, Wag ka na umiyak, Ay bumalik na tyo dun. Hindi naman pwedeng iiwan mo lng ung mga bisita nyo dun."

"Opo. Salamat po, Lola. Tatandaan ko po lahat ng sinabi nyo."

I hugged my Lola then went back to the room.

"Good evening po ulit. Sorry po sa nangyare kanina... Gusto ko lang po magpasalamat sainyo dahil hindi nyo kami iniwan ni Alden, at sinuportahan nyo kami. Maraming Salamat po."

I finished. I went down the stage then the guest started to leave one by one. When everyone left, Alden and I went to the room he booked for. We tucked Andrew in bed and we slept beside him.

"Anak, quiet ka lang para Di magising si Mommy."

"Opo!"

I heard whispers when I woke up. I quickly sat up and saw my two boys.

"Suprise!"

They said. They made breakfast for me then placed it in a tray.

"Goodmorning, my Love!"

"Goodmorning to you too, my Love. What's this?"

"Breakfast in bed."

He placed the tray on my lap then I looked at what they made. It has pancakes, with bananas and strawberries around it. I took the fork then was about to eat it but Andrew stopped me from doing so.

"Mommy! Pray daw Daddy!"

"Ay.. Sige, Baby."

"Dear Jesus, thank you po for making me, mommy, daddy happy! Bless our food po araw to. Thank you po, Jesus, Amen."

"Amen."

"Mommy, subo mo ko!"

"Ako rin, Love!"

"Jusko. Did you made me breakfast just to feed you both? Joke lang, Baby o."

I fed Andrew a small piece of the pancake.

"Paano ako?"

"Malaki ka na!"

He pouted.

"Joke lang! Eto na o!"

I also fed Alden.

"Love, thank you ah. I really appreciated all of your efforts. Grateful at thankful ako kay God dahil binigyan nya ako ng isang Alden Richards at Andrew Faulkerson tulad nyo. Hindi ko alam kung anong ginawa ko para mapunta kyo sakin."
