solitary solstice

in the advent of aloneness, she takes refuge in a fortress
walled by the peacefulness and the solitary ambience
under the solace of solitude and sentience
orchestrated by the serenade of silence
as my ears are bathe with the gentlest whispers of leaves
uttering the first blush of spring through the earth's mouth
to all the lost summers I offer my crystal tears
left hanging like frozen fractals all around
inside out, upside down, I unsee the unfamiliar
letting the obscurities emerge as the natural
like fresh buds aromanitizing the air
giving myself distance from everything
has made me shed my autumn leaves
letting those worries dissipate & fall, fall, fall along the tree stump
