"It's awful, isn't it?" You stood next to Pidge watching the lifeless kingdom "I didn't want to believe you" "What made you come back?" "I finally got some sense knocked into me besides, this is my kingdom. If I don't fight for it, who will?" You smiled and placed your hand on her shoulder "I will Pidge" "It's gonna be dangerous" " Danger? Ha! I laugh in the face of danger" you faked laugh and Pidge smiled "I see nothing funny about this" Lance commented "Lance? Hunk? What are you doing here?" Hunk bows "At your service, my liege" Lance looks at the sad land "Uh...We're going to fight your uncle... for this?" "Yes, Lance this is my home" "Talk about your fixer upper. Well, Pidge, if it's important to you, we're with you to the end" Pidge smiles appreciatively, and the four of you stand on the ledge viewing the chaos  ahead of you four

The four of you are sneaking up to the edge of Pride Rock. From behind a wall you all observe close up the hordes of hyena gang "ugh Hyenas. I hate hyenas" Lance turns to Pidge and whispers "So what's your plan for gettin' past those guys?" "bait" "Good idea!" You and Pidge smile "Heeey" "Come on, Lance you guys have to create a diversion" " What do you want me to do? Dress in drag and do the hula?" Then Lance was in a blue dress with makeup smeared all over his face, while Hunk was dress like a pimp "Hey Hyenas!" Hunk whistled "do you guys want some of this" he pointed to Lance The gang pull out there weapons heading towards them Hunk and Lance look at eachother then run off screaming to lead some of the hyenas away you and Pidge pass by "(y/n) you find my mother and rally the knights and staff, I'll look for Zarkon" You nod and leave "Good luck Pidge I believe in you" you roamed around the palace until you heard yelling you head to the yelling and see the queen slowly ascends towards Zarkon 

"Yes, Zarkon? "Where is your hunting party? They're not doing their job!!" "Zarkon, there is no value on land what do you expect?" She said tirely  "No. You're just not looking hard enough!" " It's over. There is nothing left. We have only one choice. We must leave Pride Rock!" " We're not going anywhere!" "Then you have sentenced us to death" she spat "Then so be it" the queen was disgusted "You can't do that!" " I'm the king. I can do whatever I want" "If you were half the king Holt was you would nev-"  Zarkon hits Pidges mother, knocking her to the ground " I'm ten times the king Holt was!" You were about to go to the queen but Pidge appears on the ledge, yelling loudly she leaps out and runs to her mother Zarkon mistakes Pidge as Matt  and is frightened "Matt? No. You're dead!!" You held the queen in your arms as she awakens at her Pidge's nudge, but mistakes her as Matt "M-Matt?" "No. It's me" She smiles "Pidge? You're alive? How can that be?" " It doesn't matter I'm home" Zarkon is confused "Pidge...?" He smiles evily "Pidge! I'm a little surprised to see you!!" He gives the hyenas above him an angry look alive..." The gang gulp and slink into the shadows "Give me one good reason why I shouldn't rip you apart" Pidge headed towards Zarkon who is currently backing into a wall "Oh, Pidge, you must understand. The pressures of ruling a kingdom..." "...Are no longer yours. Step down, Zar" "Oh, oh, ye- Well, I would- heh, naturally, heh-however, there is one little problem. You see them?" He points to the gang of hyenas above them "They think I'M king" then you appear with the staff and knights 

"Well, we don't, Pidge is the rightful heir to the throne!"  "The choice is yours, Zar. Either step down or fight" " Oh, must it all end in violence? I'd hate to be responsible for the death of a family member. Wouldn't you agree, Pidge ?" " That's not gonna work! I've put it behind me!" " Eh, but what about your faithful subjects? Have they put it behind them?" You looked at Pidge "Pidge what is he talking about?" "Ahh, so you haven't told them your little secret. Well, Pidge now's your chance to tell them. Tell them who is responsible for Holt's death!" Everyone is concentrating on Pidge "I-I am" Pidge's mother  approaches "It's not true. Tell me it's not true" "It's true" "You see! She admits it! Murderer!" Lightning crashes behind Zarkon's head "No!" Pidge cried out "It was an accident" Zarkon walks around Pidge as he accuses her  "If it weren't for you, Holt would still be alive. It's your fault he's dead do you deny it?!" "No" "Then. you're. guilty." "N-No. I'm not a murderer!" "Oh, Pidge you're in trouble again, but this time, your father isn't here to save you. And now EVERYONE. KNOWS.WHY!"

Zarkon has been backing Pidge up the length of the palace Pidge slips over the edge and is clinging to the ledge then lightning strikes below, causing  a fire "Pidge!" You screamed Then Zarkon pretends to think "Now this looks familiar hmm.....Where have I seen this before? Let me think. Hmmm... hmmm oh yes, I remember. This is just the way your father looked before he died!!" Zarkon grabs Pidge and whispers into her ear "And here's MY little secret.. I killed Holt" Pidge has a quick memory flash back to that fateful instant. Her voice blends with her younger voice in the scream of when her father died

In one giant leap she lunges up and pins Zarkon on his back. Zarkon is caught completely by surprise and is understandably very nervous and shaken "NO! Murderer!"Pidge yells having her weapon ready " No, Pidge, please!!" "Tell them the truth!" Pidge yelled furiously
