"I heard there's a new transfer student!"

"Really?! But it's only the second day!"

"Why didn't they just take the entrance exam?"

"Are they a boy or a girl?!"

"I hope they're a hot girl!"

"Quiet down, everyone.-" The sliding door opened, and in walked a man with ragged hair and a just as ragged appearance. In an instant, all the curious chattering from the students ceased. He was Shota Aizawa, the homeroom teacher of Class 1-A. "I really don't get paid enough for this..."

Aizawa made his way to the front desk, set what little items he brought in down with a tired sigh and looked around at all the attentive –and excited– students that stared right back at him.

"As some of you may have heard. Yes, there's going to be another student joining your class today." He admitted to their claims, their held in questions and excitement came bursting all at once again, whatever silence there was when he came in was gone.

"Who the fuck would join right after the entrance exams?" One of the students, a boy with ash blonde hair and a very irritated look on his face, asked. Because, seriously? All this commotion just for some late-comer? More like a waste of his time, was what he thought.

"Watch your language, Bakugo.-" Bakugo simply rolled his eyes at that, Aizawa sighed again. "-And you can just ask her. You can come in now."

By the left open sliding door came a new person, a girl wearing the same uniform as any other student under a large hoodie. Her hood was raised, hiding most of her hair and forehead.

"I-I'm sorry to intrude!" With a quick bow, she crossed the threshold into the class to stand next to Aizawa. The whole class watched her in anticipation that had her bow her head to evade their eyes.

"Well, just introduce yourself and they'll ask you questions." Aizawa said, gesturing with a hand to have her get on with it. She glanced at him at his instruction, nodded and with some mustered up courage faced all the stares of her new classmates.

"U-uhm..." She started, looking at all the different faces before her, her nerves started up again. She clasped her hands behind her to keep them from fiddling, lest she seemed even more anxious in front of them. "My name is Kurayami, Shiro Kurayami. Please- please take care of me!"

"Also, could you maybe introduce yourselves when you guys ask your questions?" Kurayami asked, not forgetting to give a smile to look more friendly instead of demanding. "Ah- it's so I can remember your names and faces better of course!"

Her smile turned sheepish after her little explanation.

"I have a question!" Someone from the back raised their hand, it was a girl with brown hair that framed her face in a round bob. "My name's Ochaco Uraraka! And why didn't you just take the Entrance Exams? Today is just the second day."

Others in the class showed they wondered the same thing with their curious stares at her.

"Well Uraraka-san, I actually came here from the airport." No one spoke up, so she continued. "I've been staying in Europe before deciding to come back and attend U.A., I think I took an entrance exam while sending in my admission while still there."

A beat of silence passed with just the class and Kurayami staring back at each other, then chaos erupted when some of them started exclaiming and asking rapid-fire questions simultaneously.

"Settle down and raise your hand when you have a question." Aizawa's loud interruption instantly silenced the commotion, he seriously wasn't being paid enough to handle a class of rowdy kids early in the morning. He should consult someone about that.

"Me! Me! I have a question and-" A boy with bright yellow hair raised their hand, waving enthusiastically. He grinned at her. "-by the way, the name's Denki Kaminari. Don't you forget it! And what I want to ask is, are you single?"

Kurayami wasn't sure if the shade of red her face flushed with was by any means in healthy standards. She looked to Aizawa with a bewildered expression. "Are- are questions like- like this really allowed, Aizawa-sensei?!"

"Just answer and get them over with." Was the half-hearted reply she got.

"I-if you say so... Kaminari, was it? Well, I'm- I guess I'm single..." She was looking anywhere but the eyes of Kaminari as she uttered her reply, Kurayami didn't want to suffer from anymore embarrassment if she saw the grin he was wearing.

"Kurayami." When Aizawa suddenly called her name, her attention was taken away from her previous thoughts and turned to look at him. He gave her a side-glance then pointed at her hoodie. "Lower your hood, it's not allowed during classes."

Silent anticipation followed his words, all were focused on Kurayami who was still looking at Aizawa with a now blank expression. Her stare only lasted for a few seconds before she exhaled a breath and nodded.

Gasps and sounds of awe were all the students could do when they bore witness to her now uncovered hair, at the sight of the split of black and white.

"Is your hair natural?" A girl with green hair and an unnervingly wide-eyed stare asked, Kurayami couldn't help but think of frogs when she saw her.

"What's your name?"

"Tsuyu Asui. You can call me Tsui." Asui answered.

"Well, Tsui-san I hope you don't mind but I'd like to keep that bit of information to myself for now." An almost secretive smile curved upon her lips after her response.

"What about your quirk?" At last the question that's been sitting in everyone's mind was asked, by a redhead that grinned with shark-like teeth. "You gotta tell us what it is! Eijiro Kirishima's the name!"

"Quirk?" Kurayami looked toward Aizawa apprehensively, as if asking how to answer this question. He gazed back without a word, only a nod to gesture her to answer the awaiting class.

"Well, I'm quirkless."

======To Be Continued======
Hey there everyone! This will my first Boku No Hero Academia/My Hero Academia fanfiction! I personally think the cover's amazing, don't you think? Well moving on.

I don't own Boku No Hero Academia nor it's Characters, Kohei Horikoshi owns them! I only own my newest OC, Shiro Kurayami!

I'll be off now! Bye

PS: A little clarification on how Kurayami got into U.A. without a quirk. It was mentioned in the first season of bnha that U.A. started accepting students regardless if they have a quirk or not. As to why she got into 1-A is by a system that's from where I'm from. Wherein newly transferred students are temporarily placed into a random class (mostly the first class of the year) until the school can evaluate their academic level through the next midterm/final exam where students will be re-assigned into classes with students with similar academic abilities.
