(Note: I'm so so so so so sorry. It's been weeks since I last updated. I've gone through a lot in the past two weeks. Sorry.)

James

I just got out of the hospital.

They said I was lucky to have survived.

It was mostly a blur because of how much blood I lost.

It's been about a week since the incident.

I haven't seen my dad, and not that I want to but they said I will be put in a room at the police station until I'm fully healed and then they will start the case for what will happen to me.

They said im going to the same place as Alyssa.

I ask them if I could speak to her and Teri said no.

I haven't heard much about Alyssa.
Hopefully she's ok.
I really missed her.

We get out of the car and go to the front. To my left sitting on a set was Alyssa's mum. She did seem to look uncomfortable sitting on the seat.

"James?" She say bearly opening her mouth.

"Sorry ma'am, but he can't speak to you" Teri said rudely.

"Please officer it's important" she says.

I nod I agreement.

"James, thank you" she says. "For what you did for Alyssa. Protecting her."

"Ok" I said.

I've never been good at talking to people, so it was a bit awkward.

Teri showed me the way to my room. We when down a corridor with large windows and for a glimpse of a second I saw Alyssa. Our eyes connected. Her eyes light up in shook and happiness.

I wanted to talk to her. But I wasn't allowed.

I felt it unfair that she was put in here.

She did nothing. It was me who killed him.

Teri then put me in a room a few doors down.

I walked in.
It had a bed.
Sink.
Wardrobe.
Toliet.
And a chair.
BANG. The door locked behind me.
It was plain and very cold. No colour just white and grey.

Two hours later

Time seemed to slow down. I sat on the edge of the bed doing nothing.
The silence was killing me more than it ever had before.

"James" a familiar voice says.
It was the cop with the brown hair and fringe. It was the one the Alyssa knocked out.

"Brought you a hot chocolate. At first they wouldn't let me but i persuaded them"

She sits down next to me passing the hot chocolate.
I small smile crosses my face.

"How's Alyssa?" I say turn towards her.
"Yeah. She's angry you could say. She was really worried about you. Always wanted to know how you were"

"Oh"
"Can I talk to her?"

"Alright I'll see what I can do" she then leaves the room while I sip the hot chocolate.
