We stand there in the middle of the field burning our clothes,
"Alyssa's dads",I say to myself,
"Hm?",James mumbles,
"That's where she's gone",I nod to myself knowing well that she wouldn't have gone back to her mums,
"Do you know where that is?",He asks still shaken up from the events that took place,

We had spend about 4 hours cleaning and getting rid of everything,
James got rid of the knife somewhere,
He better not have thrown it in the dishwasher.

"Yes",I take a deep breath,
"Balls",I say as I pull back from the flames,
"What?",He stepped back too,
"I threw my cigs in the fire",I whined,
As if this day couldn't get any worse,

James looked traumatized from the events that had took place a few hours before,
That confused me considering I heard a few things about him like he killed animals for fun,
"Alyssa will be so pissed",I sigh and turn to walk away James quickly followed,

James stood there staring at the train timetable,
"Have you got it yet?",I ask trying to speed him up,
This is really bad.

No answer,

I feel my wrist throb so I look down to check it,
It had nail marks and bruises right around it,
Fuck.

We fucking killed someone.
He's dead, gone.

I looked around the station that was filled with people,
I felt like they all knew,
What if someone saw us leave the house.

A million more questions ran through my mind,
Someone might recognize us.
I give James a little push making him look at me,
"We have to change the way we look".
