Whether western or English, new boots are always painful to break in. Western ones, your ankle and toes hurt. English tall boots, oh my gosh, the back of your knee kinda dies for awhile. Not to mention, at the store, the zipper works great, but when you get home it gets stuck on nothing?? Ya never know!
