Confession 4: His Person

"We would like to make a deal, before we give the information that we have.."

Qing raised his eyebrow, at Bai Gina's lawyer. Seriously!? Seriously!? He thought, these people were even so shameless enough and so stupid enough to come up with this type of thinking, huh!?

Dayu was thinking exactly what Qing was thinking at the exact same moment; that they were doing such a stupidly stupid move which would make Qing loathed them even more.

"Really? I thought you're a certified lawyer.." Qing sneered, "didn't you know that instead of bargaining with me over this, your client should have kneeled down and apologize, to Dayu."

"But I can tell you about the owner of the studio company who told me to-" Bai Gina shot up, looking at Qing, but she wasn't able to finish her sentence because Qing already bit down at her.

"Even if you don't tell us, the owner's name," Qing said to the girl, contemptuously, "I already have the the information needed to follow through with the legal actions against the so called company owner, if you may know.. I can do without your testimony what so ever.."

"Do you know why, you're even called here, today?"

Bai Gina paled and began trembling again. After she was busted earlier on, she had some moments of fear before her manager and lawyer, told her that she could still save herself.

And she gained a little confidence in thinking that Wang Qing needed her to get to the bottom of everything. She was defeated in her quest for Wang Qing's love and attention but she could at least still save her career.

But, now, Wang Qing's telling her that, she was not needed for anything at all?

"Because Dayu wanted to make sure, your real involvement in everything," Qing said, "we also got information we needed on you. But, honestly, we both were still hoping that, maybe we got it wrong.." Qing clicked his tongue, "both Dayu and I, though, I wouldn't mind just going through with the legal actions. Yet, Dayu, took our little doubts about your innocence into consideration."

Qing looked at Dayu, "my person here, thought that you're too young, too talented to be throwing your future away, just to cause trouble in our relationship.." Qing then looked back at Bai Gina, "that's why, he insisted to have this meeting with you today..He didn't want to have any regrets in the future."

Bai Gina gasped, her eyes darkening as she looked at Qing and Dayu, "so..today was a trap?"

"You're really dense, aren't you? This was not planned as a trap. My person wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt. He thought that there might be a reason behind your involvement in this. This was not a trap, Bai Gina, " and the girl shuddered hearing the slicing tone in Qing's voice, a tone he had never used on her before, "this was supposed to be your silver lining..."

Bai Gina fell silent, as she trembled in real fear once again, her manager and her lawyer too couldn't sit still anymore as they began squirming as well.
