Chaos

Korra POV

I'm pretty sure the best word to describe what's going on is Chaos, absolute Chaos,

I look around at the ruin that I once knew as republic city, building after building destroyed, people screams wring in my ear, people yelling my name.

"Avatar, please" I hear a female voice yells my title 

"Where are you" I yell into the broken city

"Please help I'm stuck" she says, her voice pained

I try to pinpoint the noice, my eye catches some movement and I walk over to the concrete and I lift it up with my Avatar strength,

My eyes scan the darkness and I hear a whimper I throw it away

And I see the person who was calling me

I lift her up, her long raven black hair covers her face

I place her arm over my shoulder and I put a hand around her waist, I pull her to a safe area and I set the women down

I moved her hair out of her face

I feel my cheeks getting warmer, she was beautiful, her cheekbones clearly defined, her lips a perfect shape, her nose perfectly placed on her face, in simpler words she was beautiful

It gave me peace in all this chaos, I take some water from the river and I brought it to her body and it glowed at the places she was injured.

Before I knew it she was healed, I saw her eyes twitch, and slowly they opened up
Her eyes were a striking emerald green colour.

"Thank you" she mumbles
Her voice sounded like an angle

"No problem you should be healed, you should probably get to safety it's absolute chaos, I didn't get your name"

"Asami, Asami sato" she says offering her hand for a hand shake

"Avatar Korra" I reply, I help her up

"Sorry for being a bother" she says as she rubs the back of her head nervously

"It's fine, I'm supposed to be protecting this city instead I'm a useless girl who can barely keep herself safe" I say finally admitting my fear

"Hey don't say about yourself, you saved me, I don't think an ordinary person could find me and then save me" she says

My cheeks get warmer again.

"Thanks"

"So what's the plan, and what's the cause of the Chaos" Asami asks

"Why are you asking me, I need to get you to safety" I say genuinely concerned for the beautiful girl

"No I'm helping you, I'm smarter than I look" she says, a smirk tugs on her lips

"I wouldn't doubt it, so yeah, a bunch of earthbenders kinda went insane and they have just trashed the city, and they blocked me from doing anything" I explain to her

"Do you know if any of them can metalbend" she asks

"No none of them can, I don't see where your going with this" I say as we sit on some lose concrete, it sent a cold shock throughout my body, I quickly lit a little flame in my hand to warm myself up

"Well can you metal bend" she asks

"Yeah I can, you want some heat" I offer to the raven haired girl

"No it's ok, so what you want to do is trap them in a metal prison of sort and then we can figure a way out to get them out of there chaotic rage and we can end the chaos" she says,

Oh Spirits she beautiful and smart, can it get any better

"I got it, but you need to go somewhere safe" I ask her as I stare into her green eyes

"No I can't, were a team now" she says smiling at me

So we make our way to the chaos, dust was shining in the rays of sunlight that were hitting the ground

My eye catches the crazy earth benders.

There they are pulling blocks out of the ground and chucking them at buildings

"Let's do this" I say, but I'm held back by Asami, she pulls my face into hers and our lips meet

We pull away and immediately my cheeks heat up

"I'm sorry" she says

"I..um..it's..f..fine" I stutter helplessly

She starts to blush as well

"Go, before I regret doing that" she says biting her bottom lip

I give an awkward smile and I run into battle

"Hey" I yell at them

They all turn around at the same time.

Immediately they start throwing rocks at me

Nothing could bring me down, Asami kissed me, we just met but still there is no amount of chaos could stop me.

I block the rocks, I slam my foot on the ground, an x-ray image forms in my head, I see areas with metal

I start to metal bend, liquid metal starts to surround one of them until it traps one

"Ha it worked" I say happily

Before I knew it they were all trapped, I walked back over to Asami, but her smile fades

"Korra watch out" she yells

I get knocked forward, I try to push myself up, black dots form in my vision

I hear my name being called and everything goes black

Asami POV

I ran over to korra who was knocked down by a rock that was flying at her

She collapsed, I yell her name but she doesn't respond

I run over to her and I pick up the unconscious girl, a thick red liquid pours down from her forehead

"Come on korra please" I beg, tears sting my eyes

I look up seeing chief beifong, crying, she didn't mean to do it.

"I'm so sorry" she says, her voice shaking

"It's ok you didn't mean to" I say forgiving her for hurting the girl I love.

"We need to get help" she says running away for help

I look down at the avatar

"Come on korra wake up" I beg her, we need her, I need her

When I first saw her, she saved my life, she was awkward, she was cute, but she was afraid insecure, she opened up to me

I kiss her, my tears drop onto her face, I try to dry the blood away from her face.

I hug her digging my face in her brown hair

"I love you too" she says, immediately my head shots up and I look at the girl who had just woken up

"Korra you scared me never do that again" I say to her

"Well it wasn't me, arg why does my head hurt so much and why is there ringing noice in my ears" she says touching her bloody head

She looks at her hand and realises what happened

"That's why, is everyone else ok" she asks

"Yeah you saved them, you are a great avatar" I tell her, she smile and we hug
