Chapter 34 - The Nicholas Lemiere

I opened my eyes slowly and looked down to see Crystal in my arms. I smiled and kissed her forehead. I reached out to get my phone and checked the time. It's 7.34 and I'm glad that I took a break from work. I can spend time with Crystal.

"Good morning, beautiful." I kissed her cheek and she slowly opened her eyes. She buried her face to my chest.

"I'm still sleepy.."

"Then sleep more." I said and she nodded. I slipped out from the bed slowly not to wake her up. I walked into the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face. I looked at myself in the mirror and smiling idiotly. I looked like a love sick puppy. I walked out from the bathroom and found her still sleeping. I decided to make breakfast for her.

I took out 2 eggs and bacons. I cooked it and played a really nice music. I heard the door opened and I turned my head to see Crystal rubbing her eyes. Gosh.. I am the luckiest man alive to have her. She's drop dead georgous.

"Morning beautiful."

"Morning." She answered as she leaned to the door for a few seconds.

"What are you making?" She asked as she walked towards me.

"Bacon and eggs." I answered.

"It smells so nice." She said as she jumped and sat on the kitchen table. She looked at me and smiled.

"What?"

"Nothing. I just found you look so sexy." She said and that made me chuckle.

"An ex-mafia who can cook?"

"Yeah.. kinda like that."

"So how's your sleep last night?" I asked and I gave her a peck on her lips.

"You're so cuddly." She said as she got down from the table. She walked to the fridge and opened it.

"When is your birthday?" She asked.

"12 days before yours." I answered and she turned my body around.

"What?" She looked at me disbelief.

"I'm not joking."

"That's so cool." She looked so cute.

"Cool?" I asked as I turned my body back to turned the stove off. I put the eggs and the bacons on the plate. I took out 2 forks and gave it one to her.

"It's so cool." She said as she sat back on the kitchen table.

"So.. where do you want to go today?" I asked her while she's munching on her bacon.

"Well.. everywhere you go." She answered and I just smiled looking at her. Her eyes stuck on the food but it's really amusing to see her in front of me after 3 years not being able to touch her.

"This is go-" She stopped then she saw me looking at her.

"What?" She asked and I just crashed my lips to hers. I wrapped my arms around her small waist. I kissed her passionately and slowly trailed down to her neck. She moaned.

"I think I just want to stay here today." She whispered and I smirked hearing it. She cupped my face and crajsed her lips to mine.

Suddenly someone rang the door bell.. We both turned to the door automaticly. I cursed under my breath.. I should have cut the power of my bell so no one can interrupt us.

"Let's get that together." Crystal said and I nodded. We walked to the door and opened it together.

"Hi daddy." Yes.. it's Daddy Lemiere.

"Hi sir." I smiled and he looked at me ready to kill.

"Don't 'hi daddy' me, you're going home now!" He said coldly and she hid her body behind me.

"Nicholas Lemiere!" We all turned to the lift to see Chloe Lemiere. She walked to Nicholas and smiled to us.

"Mom.. Take care of your man." My jaw dropped when Crystal said that.

"He's kidnapping my daughter."

"Uhmm.. Excuse me dad? I want this.."

"Come in, sir. Let's talk about this inside." I said politely and Crystal and Chloe jaw dropped. Nicholas smirked and I opened the door to let him in. He walked in with Chloe following behind him. Crystal looked at me disbelief.

"Trust me." I said.

"No.. I don't trust you." She said and I held her hand. We walked in and I gestured Nicholas and Chloe to sit down. Me and Crystal sat right across them. He looked around my house to see a couple of photos of Crystal on the wall.

"Are you a stalker or something? Are you obsess with my daughter?" He asked and looked at me coldly.

"Mr. Lemiere, I know you hate me and don't want me for you daughter. I know that I promised you that I will never see her again. I know that I hurted your daughter before. I'm sorry for breaking my promise and for hurting your daughter before." I said and looked at him straight into his eyes.

"At first, I didn't know that she will be this special to me. At first, I just found her interesting because she's your daughter and the fact that she's tough and fearless. As the time goes by, I started to have a crazy attraction towards your daughter. I mean.. who wouldnt? She's beautiful, smart, tough, fearless.. a crybaby, a softie and the list goes on, sir. I know I'm nothing compare to her. You know that I don't have the confidence to be with her.. she's too perfect when I'm the exact opposite of her."

"When I left.. after the fight. I felt empty. I regreted every second after leaving her. I miss her and it's torturing me day and night. I can't help but tracking her down and watch her from afar. I know before I left her that I love her and I know from that moment.. I can't live my life without her. I love your daughter.. a lot. I love her with all of my life, with all my breath and I will do anything to get her. I don't care if it will take years for you to approve me but I will do anything to make you trust me with your daughter." I said and he looked down to the ground.

"3 years not being able to touch her and be beside her already break me, sir. I can't hold it anymore. I love her and I don't think I can find someone else to be with me beside her." I added and I waited for him to respon. Chloe smiled to me and I kept looking at Nicholas waiting for his respon.

"I let you have time together because it's been a really long time since I've seen my daughter smile happily." He said as he looked at Crystal.

"Be back tomorrow and you need to talk with me in private." He pointed his index finger at Crystal and then to me.

"Thankyou sir."

"Just you wait and see." He said to me coldly. He got up and took Chloe's hand.

"Let's go before I kidnapped my own daughter to go back home." He said and I smiled. I turned my head to Crystal and she giggled.

"Daddy." Crystal called and Nicholas looked at her with a really soft eyes. He really loves his daughter.

"Thankyou." She said and he nodded.

"Be back tomorrow."

"I will.. I promise." She answered. We both walked them out. Nicholas looked at me one more time before leaving with his killing eyes.

"Thankyou sir and Chloe." I said.

"Have fun.." Chloe said and waved at us. She gestured us to close the door and then she dragged Nicholas to the lift. We closed the door and suddenly Crystal jumped to me. I caught her and she wrapped her legs around my hips.

"I love your speech earlier." She smiled and she gave me a peck on my lips.

"Really?"

"Did you memorize it yesterday?" She asked and I chuckled.

"I love you, Crystal Lemiere." I said looking straight into her eyes and she smiled.

"I love you too, Lucas."
