Love is in the air, this Valentine’s Day. Well what’s it for singles like me?
When someone asks me my impression of love, I look back to introspect my soul. In spite of never falling in love, I do fantasize about that blissful perfection.
What is love, really? Flowers, chocolate, and poetry? Or is it something else? Is it being able to finish someone’s jokes? Is it having absolute faith that someone was there at your back? Is it someone who knows you so well that they can support you through any difficulties?
Two lovers strengthen each other. The person one will truly love, will make the beloved want to be a better person. Most importantly, they will understand each other.
A lover must be capable enough to see into the soul of the beloved.
Love is based on trust... Love which has jealousy and suspicion stands on feeble ground.
For me, that one person I will love may not be beautiful from the outside, just like me... But I want him to be true to himself.
No man is perfect. I want him to be devoted, realise his responsibilities and love me for what I am from the inside.
