Jihoon's pov
after Sojung left the room , i went out of my room as well. i was heading to Jieun's room.

i knocked on the door and after some time Jieun opened the door. "oh! sunbae." she bowed and i closed my eyes.

i can't stand Jieun being this polite to me when she is my wife.

when she stood straight up , i smiled weakly at her and she signalled me to come into her room.

i went in and sat on her sofa. i started the conversation.

"so , i came to tell you that we're still heading bali as usual." Jieun's smile faded. "sunbae , Jinyoung sunbae?"

"he is busy with filiming tomorrow. so he won't join us. i did ask him about it." i lied. Jieun pouted.

"araseo sunbae. i'll pack up and get ready to leave for tomorrow." Jieun said and i stood up getting ready to leave.

i turned around to tell her one last thing. "i planned this trip is for you to enjoy and have fun. most importantly , to get back your memories."

and i left her room with another weak smile , leaving the confused Jieun alone.

Jieun's pov
w-what? get back my memories? Jihoon sunbae , what do you mean?

i'm really confused with Jihoon sunbae's words. did he mean to say something else?

Jihoon's pov
after getting back into my room , i immediately smacked my whole body on my bed. "yah pabo! why did you even say get back your memories? now she'll be confused and suspicious!"

i hit my head continuously when Jiyeon came in. i immediately sat up acting like nothing happened hoping she didn't see anything.

unfortunately she did.

"appa , why were you hitting yourself?" Jiyeon asked climbing up on the bed and sat beside me.

"aniya. it's nothing." i said scratching my nape in embarrassment. "ah , Jiyeon. before appa forgets , appa will be going to bali with eomma tomorrow. Uncle Minhyun and Chaeyoung unnie will take care of you okay? you must listen to them araseo?"

"aw , appa why don't you hring me along as well? i wanna go too." Jiyeon pouted. "appa wants to try bringing back eomma's memories by bringing her to the place we went for our honeymoon."

Jiyeon nodded. i could tell she was sad she isn't following. i decided to cheer her up a little.

"but appa will try and bring back a new family member when we come back from the trip? will that do?"

Jiyeon's face lightened up immediately and she nodded smiling. "nae! i want a baby sister and a baby brother!"

"ahh , that's too much but ok! deal! if you listen to Uncle Minhyun and Chaeyoung unnie , i will give you siblings to play with araji?" "nae!"

after that , i prepared Jiyeon for bed.

after putting Jiyeon to bed , i went to pack my stuff in my luggage for the trip. i wonder if Jieun was doing the same.

i decided to check on Jieun. i closed and locked all the windows in my room incase anyone like Momo or Wonwoo tries to do anything funny to Jiyeon.

i turned on the air conditioner to 22 degrees before leaving the room.

when i reached Jieun's room , i knocked on the door. Eunju opened it. "Jihoon oppa? why are you doing here? shouldn't you be getting some rest for the flight tomorrow?"

"i want to check on Jieun. is she done packing?" Eunju nodded "nae. she is asleep now. you want to talk to her? i'll get her up."

"ani! i mean aniya , gwanchana. if she's asleep then it's alright. gomawo. sorry for disturbing." i said and left.

when i went back to my room , i prepared myself for bed and lay down beside Jiyeon. i said softly. "Jiyeon , please pray that this will help your mother regain her memories."

i kissed Jiyeon's forehead before heading to sleep.
