Maya's POV
"Wow, Maya. You look stunning. If I do say so myself." Topanga said as she finished doing my make up. I didn't bother to hire an expensive hairstylist or makeup artist if Topanga was more than willing to do it.
"Thank you." I went to hug her but he put her hand out infront of me to stop me.
"Don't try and risk ruining your beauty. I think that's impossible though." She smiled at me.
"You okay baby?" My mum asked as he stood beside me.
"Yeah. Peaches you're looking kind of pale." Riley said as she stood next to her mother.
"Pre-wedding nerves I guess." I shrug.
"You sure sweety?" My mum asked.
"Yes. Dress time?" I bit my lip and asked.

Josh's POV
"We need to talk." Shawn said as he came and stood beside me infront of the mirror.
"Shoot." I said as I fixed my tie.
"Let's just pretend for a minute that I'm not your brother's best friend and I'm just Maya's father." I nodded reluctantly as I was sacred of what was coming next. "If you ever hurt Maya, physical or verbal, or cause her pain of any kind, I will kill you." He looked me straight in the eye. I've seen Shawn beat up a guy before for hurting Morgan by accident before, and believe me that was not pretty. Morgan is basically a sister to him, where as Maya is now his little girl.
"I promise I won't hurt her. She's everything to me. She's my world. Her and Evie. I really love them Shawn." I felt my eyes watering. "There are so many words I could use, but unfortunately I can't as I have to get married in less than an hour." I smiled. Shawn nodded.
"Now the part is said by your friend," He pulled me into a bro hug, "congratulations, man." I smiled. I'm so thankful I can still feel my heart beat.
"You got so lucky." He said as pulled out the hug.
"Yeah. Then maybe tonight I'll get lucky." I smirked.
"Still her father." Shawn said as he walked out the room. My eyes widened at what I just said. I'm an idiot.

Maya's POV
I heard the faint sounds of the bells start to chime. That was Josh's cue. I couldn't believe that in a few minutes I'd be walking up the isle and making a promise to the man I love the most in the world. I was stood alone in my dressing room looking into the full length floor mirror. I loved my dress, it wasn't tight so I didn't feel insecure and it wasn't to puffy, so I was sure I wasn't going to trip.
"Maya," I turned to see my dad with tears in his eyes. "You look so beautiful." I lightly laughed and wiped my eyes.
"Thanks daddy." I went to hug him but Topanga came back into the room.
"We've already discussed this. No hugging." I laughed.
"You ready baby girl?" My mum asked me.
"More ready than I've ever been in my life." I smiled.
"What about when you had me mummy?" Evie said.
"No time to discuss that, we've got an isle to walk down." Riley said saving me. I really don't want to have to explain to my baby girl that she wasn't planned.
I smiled as my dad motioned for me to link arms with him.

Josh's POV
I was speechless when Maya walked down the isle. Evie came first, throwing rose petals as she walked. Next came Katy and Topanga, then Riley as maid of honor. Maya came after them, along with Shawn. She was stunning.
The minister said the all familiar words until it got to the good part (after the I do's were exchanged).
"For the first time, let me introduce you Mr and Mrs Joshua Gabriel Matthews." The minister said, then turned to me, "You may now kiss the bride." I did. I kissed her like my life depended on it. Then Evie ran up to us and I picked her up and me and Maya kissed her cheeks.
